I ordered an arrangement for my mother’s birthday from this location and when it was delivered she was so happy! The woman I spoke to over the phone was extremely helpful in helping me pick the perfect gift. I’m definitely coming back for more birthday gifts in the future!

Rude. Bad Service. Never Again. It’s surprising this store hasn’t improved its service after getting such bad reviews. Okay, there are only two previous bad reviews but shouldn’t even two one-star reviews be enough to improve service? I guess not. Here’s my tale of woe: My 13 year old daughter wanted to surprise my wife with an edible arrangement for her birthday. She saved money and got me and her siblings to chip in. She was genuinely excited to surprise her mother. Well, what do you know? The Wayne branch delivered the arrangement one week before it was supposed to be delivered. My daughter was very upset so I called the store. A very nice lady told me the store«was very busy that day and the order must have been sent in error.» She was sympathetic and said another arrangement would be sent the following week, as scheduled, and told me I would receive a call confirming the delivery. Fast forward one week. I got home from work around 5 and, again, my daughter was upset. There was no delivery. I called the Wayne store. I think the woman who answered was«Donna» — I can’t say exactly because she said her name so quickly and rudely, as if I were bothering her. I told her the back story, about how the arrangement had been delivered one week earlier than requested and how it upset my daughter who had save up money and was excited to surprise her mother. «Donna» chuckled and thought it was funny. When I asked why the new arrangement hadn’t been delivered as promised, she said rather rudely, «we are very busy and the driver is coming back to get your order.» I told her, it’s nearly 5 pm. She said, again rudely, «We don’t have scheduled deliveries. It will be there soon!» I hung up the phone. My daughter, still hoping for the best, wanted to wait before we went out to dinner. Another nearly two hours later, I figured, enough was enough, and we left the house to go out to dinner for my wife’s birthday. So, around 7, I got a call on my cell phone from the driver saying he was at our house but no one was home to take delivery of the arrangement. We told him to leave it on the porch. He said, «I hope the animals don’t eat it.» Nice. I echo Mikey S. «Worst customer service ever.» Donna was not only rude, but nasty. Is this the way to run a service business that is supposed to bring joy to people who order and receive the arrangement? Is being busy an excuse to be rude? I really can’t express in family-appropriate words how frustrated and disappointed our family is with this store. My suggestions: 1. Donna: Get another job. You should not be in the service industry. 2. Follow Rachel D’s advice — Never order from this store. 3. Let the animals eat the arrangement. The fruit was terrible. Addendum: After writing this review, I received a call from the manager of this store, Jennifer, who was also the nice lady I initially spoke with about the delivery issue. She was very apologetic and told me she was going to refund the entire bill for the order. I told her that was unnecessary, but she insisted. Despite all of the things that went wrong with our order, there is something right about the store — the manager. Perhaps there will be opportunity to give this store another try. Next time, I will call her directly. .

Worst customer service ever. Edible Arrangements is offering a free pineapple pop — all you need to do is sign up on the website and print the voucher that is emailed after signing up. On the voucher is states to simply bring in completed voucher for your free cake pop. Sounds simple right? I did just this and when I walked into the store, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out of the back. When the woman came up, I explained I had a voucher. Rudely, she asked if I called ahead and when I said no she explained that you must call ahead because she needs time to make it. I said ok but not worth it to call ahead as I was in the area and just stopped by. Also no where did it say on voucher to call ahead. As I started to walk out the woman stopped me and said that she might have some in the back, to wait and she would check. I thought that was nice and should have been done first. When she came out, she handed me a sealed box, I thanked her and then gave her the voucher. When she looked at the voucher she looked confused and said that she just gave me chocolate covered strawberries and this is for a pop. I said yes this is the promotion on the website. She then took the box out of my hands and said«sorry we don’t have those» and walked in the back. First of all she should have been familiar with the promotions going on and listened to the customer when I first came in the store and explained the voucher. Also if they don’t have the pop how about showing some good customer service by offering me something in exchange. I didn’t even have a chance to taste the product, so why as I paying customer would I ever go back? Especially when the workers are rude. What a horrible experience this had been. Even if your product was amazing, I would never use your store because of that one rude worker.
