My favorite place to train Brazillian Jiu-​Jitsu when i’m in NJ. Great instructor and always competitive and helpful people to train with. Very friendly to visitors. drop in for open mat on Sundays and get in a few rolls.

Spring Valley, NY
Started doing martial arts here 4 years ago and I’m never going any place else. The instruction is top notch and the atmosphere is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help each other out. Its like my family away from home. Also losing 70 pounds doing the Jiu Jitsu and kick boxing program was a huge benefit.
