Worst run«restaurant» in town. Consistently bad service. Never been to a subway that takes 20+ mins to get a sub with only 2 people ahead of me. Amd consistently out of basic ingredients b Clearly a ownership/leadership issue because its been like this for several years through many different employees.

Second time I have tried to have them put my points on my rewards card and they failed to do so. Try to go online and the site will not let you log in. Not Good

This review is solely for the drive thru. I would say 90% of the time when I use the drive thru and I get home my order is wrong. It’s either jam-packed and falling apart because the bread is not the best quality(and I’m sure rejected from patrons that went into the store), or because a whole handful of the sides were shoved onto the sandwich. Their sodas are almost always flat. I’ve gotten to where I check everything before I pull away. I will say that in recent visits(past couple weeks) things have been better but I have also noticed that there are more adults working now which honestly I think attributes to the slightly better job than what the drive thru was previously. Had I done this review a few weeks ago there would only be 2 stars, it was that bad!
