The UPS Store

Went there to send a package and the owner was rude and told me he didn’t need my business.

Whenever I have something to ship I always ship it through this UPS store. There are two regular guys who are very friendly and helpful. Any time I have needed help or had any questions they have gone above and beyond to help me. I’ve shipped here many, many times and will continue to do so! I highly recommend going here for any shipping or packaging needs they are WAY nicer and cheaper than shipping through the post office.

Every time I go in here the people are always friendly, they always do everything they can to help, and did I say they are always friendly!?! Please visit these gentlemen for any of your shipping or copying needs!!!

I totally would never set a foot in this place again, there was 2 men working and i asked them a question. They got rude with me and they said we don’t need your business. As you canvseecthey have put in there own feedbacks here to make them look good. Go to the ups store in Clarkson.

I am box holder here as well as a frequent customer of this UPS store. They always go out of my way to make sure we are taken care of. Highly recommend this store. Ask for Jimmy!!!

Went here again this week and was helped by another very nice, young guy who assisted w/​carrying a very large DIY package containing a mirror. I just wanted a quote because the post office bowled me over with what they were going to do me in with when it came to their oversize Parcel Post package surcharge (just under $ 70 total w/​delivery confirmation and $ 100 insurance vs. $ 15 for the standard P. Post package/​weight charge).
UPS charges would have run about $ 60. I put sending the mirror out on hold, but did not realize I didn’t have to waste my time packing that irregular sucker myself (and what a PIA it was). Per the nice UPS Store guy, If you buy the packing box/​materials from, and ship with, them, they will pack it for you. I’d always thought the actual packing was an extra charge and avoided going that far before. Good to know!
Oh, and per my BF, the UPS shipping place in Pontiac has a real cranky older woman who hassles him everytime he ships out an Ebay package. I advised him, as I would advise you, to make the trip to this store in Waterford to minimize any and all aggravations.
