Kroger Food & Pharmacy

It’s true their prices are a bit higher than the competitors but for me, Krogers is a two minute walk for me or a 30 second car ride depending on traffic. The time and convenience makes up for the bit of cost difference but this detail is subjective and you may feel different about it.
The staff is very professional and very helpful! I’ve noticed that it always seems like there’s a store manager sharking around so ALL the employees tend to jump at you and offer their assistance, nice and I find it a bit funny, funny in a good way.
Another reason I prefer Krogers is that their meat and produce, in my experience, are a lot fresher and taste better. Again your point of view may be wildly different but I would like to take this time to share mine. =)

Wish I had a rating that was lower. Went this morning for their wonderful warm fresh donuts, and one variety, out of two, was a day-​old for sure. Barely dunkable. Shame on you!

I use to love Krogers, now not only has the prices of groceries gone way up they want you to ring your own stuff up. If they want to pay me I will consider doing so. I hope more people start to take a stand on this! Think about what they are doing, it’s not right.

Generally good prices, decent sales. Mostly go here because I get my moms discount but other than that I shop more at Meijer. Like krogers produce better. Staff is eh.
