The Eye Site

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called to ask some questions and was hung up on twice. Third call finally went through and all I heard was them talking in background until they decided to talk to me. I mentioned what I needed. I needed my existing glasses’ lens replaced with new prescription because their selection of frames via amerihealth was extremely limited and glasses really cheap looking and flimsy. They said I needed to come by and show them the frames to see if they can do it. I made my way there and spoke with the bigger girl. She scoffed at me when i said i called earlier and was rude and was not trying to be helpful. She said amerihealth does not allow to swap lenses. Something so simple she could have told me over the phone. I mentioned that and told them I understand now why they’re rated so low on Google. When I said that, the older lady said, well ok. Not even trying to apologize for make anything better. This store will never get my business. Ever

Dr. Gregory was beyond exceptional! Her level of detail and attentiveness to the my experience was superior! I have been wearing contacts/​glasses for over 20 years and I can say I have never had an optometrist who truly cares about the patient. will definitely go back.

The Eye Site is a wonderful, friendly yet professional eye doctor’s office. Dr. Gregory is exceptional. I recently experience the other eye doctor (female) will nature hair and glasses. She was also exceptional. From the customer servicer persons to the office manager and doctors everyone treats you well and help you get for your eyes what you need. They will even fix any issues with your contacts or glasses at no cost or a slight cost.
This office goes the extra mile for it clients. You will love your experience.
