I’ve never had a realtor literally hang up on me before.

I’m a first time homebuyer and Erik explained everything to me in detail without using real estate terms. Very responsive to emails (I usually get a response within the hour or less). He was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining the whole process, and he knew how to negotiate the purchase price with the seller.
Erik and his partner made buying a home a seamless process. I highly recommend the Arnold and Evans Residential Group.

These guys are an AWESOME team! I was planning to move to DC from overseas, and started working with them 6 months before I was going to be ready to buy. Their service was great from day one. When I first got to town, before I was ready to buy, they took a day to drive me through all of DC, telling me about all the different neighborhoods, so I could get a feel for where I wanted to look. Even after the sale, they check in to see how things are going!
Their patience and enthusiasm over the course of weeks while I constantly changed my mind regarding search criteria, price range, neighborhoods, etc. were truly impressive. Eric and Adam were always happy to answer every question and explain every step of the process. Buying a home can be a stressful event, but Adam and Eric made it a fun and exciting experience!
They are also working with a friend of mine, and I can see first-​hand how adaptable they are to different people with different tastes and different requirements. They really are professional and great at what they do!

I’m writing this review to speak of my experience in working with a buyer who was represented by Arnold & Erik. Arnold & Erik were extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable, arranging an excellent deal for their client.
However, what stood out to me more than anything was their genuine concern for their client. They supported her in every possible way throughout the transaction and took great pride in getting her a lovely closing gift. They truly care about their clients and really enjoy making real estate transactions fun as well. Give them a call!

In selling my condo in Dupont Circle, Erik was very knowledgable of the market and helped me determine a perfect price for my place. This was not an easy task, as the price was above what any comparable unit in the building had sold at, but given that the market was trending higher it was ambitious but also reasonable. I had one full price offer within 5 days, along with a couple lowball offers but the fact that I got one at my asking price and without having the unit go stale on the market tells me it was perfectly priced.
Erik was also very helpful in helping me through all the various documents and deadlines that were a part of the process. The sale went as smoothly as could be expected, and I could not be happier.

We moved down to DC from NYC almost a year ago now. It was a quick move, only had a weekend or two in which we could find a place. These guys did a great job giving us options, working with my schedule, and finding us a place we love. Would highly recommend them.

Buying real estate in DC happens fast and they were available ANYTIME ²⁴⁄₇ if something came up. Their advice was always spot on and I ended up using their recommended companies for everything from the mortgage to inspections, insurance, contractors, even rentals. Not only were they there for me through the VERY taxing process of getting a mortgage, they were as knowledgeable as anyone could be about everything real estate, and if they didn’t know the answer to a question they went and found out.
I highly recommend Erik and Adam to anyone looking at real estate~
