James Electric

James Electric is perfect. James gave me updates and has improved my lights for a reasonable price. When ever I have an electrical problem I call James Electric.

I took a chance and hired this company shortly before Thanksgiving after unsuccessful attempts to hire another company that I had previously worked with. Several of my electrical outlets were failing as well as my smoke detector no longer worked. An earlier evaluation by a general contractor indicated I needed an expensive upgrade. My call to James Electric resulted in several pleasant surprises: they scheduled an appointment for the next day; the appointment was rescheduled for later than originally planned, however they called to let me know that the delay was due to a current job site. They arrived shortly after originally after scheduled. The two young men were very pleasant, dedicated, courteous and worked hard to complete the job. They identified the problem quickly and offered more than a quick fix. They replaced all wall outlets, not just the ones that were damaged as well as the smoke detector. This required them to purchase additional material to complete the job. Although they couldn’t repair a much loved kitchen ceiling fan, they did offer to replace it at a very reasonable fee. James called shortly after Thanksgiving to see if I had purchased a new fan. I am completely satisfied with their work and with their unbelievably reasonable fee. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.
