In-​home visit was quick, easy, and spot-​on for what I needed and was looking for. Dealings after the sale — great! They always called ahead and hit their time marks. This is a big deal for me! No reason to use anyone else — at least for me!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Roger and his team were amazing on every level. I actually spoke with the competition prior to calling Roger and I was so disappointed. I called Budget Blinds not knowing what to expect and I can say without a doubt that the customer service is anything but «budget» — you are treated like gold and the price is the best in town. I am happy to leave this review. Many times people don’t leave a review when they are this satisfied and happy with their experience, they only use it as a mechanism to complain. These folks are very professional, and the product looks fantastic. The tech arrived slightly ahead of schedule, put the blinds up efficiently, left no mess, and was courteous and clean-​cut.
Roger Wilde called a few hours later to follow up and I told him I couldn’t be happier. I had only the blinds on the front of the house done, and in a few months I will be calling him to do the rest. Better pricing than NDB and the look is absolutely stunning.

Roger and Kim make a great team. Roger arrived early yesterday to install our custom blinds. He was in and out in no time and not only are they beautiful, they function perfectly. When we moved into our house, the blinds were old and shoddy looking… so I called Budget Blinds. Their prices were considerably lower than Next Day Blinds, and the quality seemed to be better. We went with shutters and they look great! They really changed to look of the room … clean and crisp… Thanks Roger!
