Jason Lallis at Best Address is awesome. He’s energetic, patient, and am awesome advocate for his clients. He showed me 22 properties (12 in one day!). He also came to my inspection with me because I was nervous as a first time home buyer. Jason made the entire process so much easier for me.
Also, on closing day, he rescued me from a blizzard because my car wouldn’t start and drove through 2 feet of snow in the mostly unplowed side streets of DC.

The agents make the agencies and Bren Lizzio is one of those amazing, diligent agents who is a star. This is not a recommendation for Best Address but an acknowledgement of how Brenda can learn about the needs of her customers and prepare a thoughtful, methodical search for a perfect residence. If I could give Brenda a stronger recommendation, I would. She is perfect in every way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Best Address, particularly, Valerie Riggs, is unprofessional and rude. Unless, you want to be tied up in a mess and have to endure additional stress and money during your home buying or selling process do not purchase anything where they represent the seller and certainly don’t use them as your agents. She should lose her license!!!

I felt completely taken care of by Brenda Lizzio while searching for and, finally, purchasing my new home. Bren made clear in her every action that she was determined to find the right place for me. And that we did. She urged me to look at every possibility – including a few locations that would not have made my short list. «You need to see everything», she told me. In the end, the place we found was a complete surprise and completely right for me. And, when it came time to make the offer, Bren was my stealth negotiator. She is so, so very pleasant and down to earth that one would never suspect her negotiating powers – which are formidable. Thank you, Bren and Best Address!
