A Bloomin’ Sandwich Cafe

I’ve purchased food here 3x & every time the food is great. Service provided is fast warm & welcoming, especially the owner. The food is delicious, not too salty & greasy. Everything is reasonably priced. The café is small & well hidden from the K st sidewalk due to the public garage. Until you work in the surrounding buildings or hear about it you’ll most likely walk pass it.

I really like this place! I found it when I was walking by here on my lunch break and noticed a sign sitting out in front of the entrance of a parking garage.
This place makes really tasty sandwiches for about $ 6 – 7. You can also get a can of soda for $ 1.09 (I always love it when places don’t force me to pay $ 2 for a soda).
My favorite one so far is the grilled chicken sandwich for $ 6. The Reuben (almost $ 7) was tasty, but I would have liked a little more meat.
There has been a café in this spot for almost 40 years I hear; the current owner bought it about two years ago, renovated the business, and upgraded the quality of food.
This place reminds me of like a Devon and Blakely except better prices and less places to sit.
