Domino’s Pizza

I don’t love their pizza, but it does just fine for the price. The service was really quick and efficient, which is appreciative and the guy that delivered my pizza was nice! I used an online coupon and it only cost maybe 13.7? before tip so decent pizza without breaking the bank.

So this domino’s sucks it took over an hour for delivery. And the staff is rude including the manager

Wow, messed up my order twice! How hard is it to make a simple build your own pasta with three toppings???

There were a few times where just had the pleasure of ordering from Domino’s let me tell you that Domino’s is more than just an experience. It is a pleasure and I can’t stand not to be without dominoes in these years of trifles. Domino’s to me is like what the American Revolution was in 1776 by Benjamin Franklin and a novel to his son. There was some mustard on my pizza Italy the dots it well the rest of my saws and I don’t know what’s better than pizza with mustard on it other than a gay man it’s homemaking by saying goodbye

Sure, this is one of the swankiest Domino’s I’ve ever seen but don’t be tricked, y’all. Just because they got a sexy interior and look fancy-​shmancy, it’s still just a Domino’s.
At first, I was intrigued. Sweet location on K St, easy-​to-​read menus, pizza-​makers talking about getting cat-​fished, and c’mon LAVA CAKES rock! So I thought I settled into a decent place… it seemed pretty hip.
But then, you gotta be careful with some of the workers. Most of them are pretty cool, but there’s one chick there straight out of the Walking Dead. Zombie to the max! Either that or botox to the max — zero facial expression… like ZERO. You ain’t gotta smile and be cheery, but at least confirm what I’m ordering in front of your face. I knew she was going to get the order wrong, and I said f-​it, so be it. She kinda repeated my order but she mumbled and talked in such a low voice… sounded like a drugged James Earl Jones. I repeatedly said PASTA to make sure she got the PASTA bowl… of course, she placed an order for some sandwich. Ain’t no sandwich got PASTA in it!
Anyways, after a couple times dealing with that broad, I can’t take it. She sucks the soul out of you — there’s not enough lava cakes to offset that.

Easy to order, fun to track and delivered on time by a very polite man. The quality excellent. Can’t ask for much more.

I’ve had so much trouble with them throughout the years re: their service. But tonight, i ordered 4 minutes prior to their closing time. Even got a note on the site saying as long as I order by 1:00 am, the order would be delivered. i completed the online order and even had the tracker say the order had been put in the oven. 2 minutes later, i received a call from someone at Domino’s saying they had already closed. Not sure if it was the manager or not. I am writing this because i want their management to know that tonight they just decided to close early. I am also writing this due to all the problems i have had with this particular Domino’s throughout the years. On numerous occasions, the forget items and have had the nerve to not refund the money i paid because I had used a credit card. The biggest problem is i really like their pizza. i probably order from them once a week and at least every other time I do, the delivery person calls and doesn’t want to deliver the pizza to my apartment unit. if i wanted to get dressed and go outside, i would not need to order from them. i am also writing this because I got a taste of how the other Domino’s operate when this one was closed for renovation. Salads were eatable and service was so much better when a neighboring location was taking on their customers. The DC/​VA Domino’s owners should know they have a problem with their management and their service at this location.

I have to admit, Domino’s upped their game. Big time.
The pizza is actually good now. This location delivers fast, almost hot, but always accurate.
Their app and website are too easy. It’s just so easy.

The newly renovated interior is a breath of fresh air… very bright and clean with plenty of seating. Customer service was great and the pizza looked and tasted excellent… so much so that I had to interrupt my meal to write this review (not quite interrupt but write it simultaneously).

I ordered online. Within 10 minutes I got a call from my driver Terry that he was heading over.
He initially got the wrong address, but after a quick clear up on the phone he was over in under a minute. Super fast. Super convenient.
Will definitely order again.

This manager is a real jerk. This guy didn’t know what was going on. Ordered from an area outside of his jurisdiction. Didn’t tell is right away. Afterward he charged the card then told us afterwords we were outside of his area. When asked if he could deliver to is anyone cause he charged us he said no. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guy should be working at a super cuts not a dominos.

This location dies pretty well normally but my pizza was delivered today slid all the way to the side & of course it tasted undercooked

Awful. First of all, I noticed on my bank statement that I was overcharged, when I called and asked to speak with a manager, he barely spoke enough English to understand what I was saying and tried to argue with me. Then he told me to call back in a few days when the guy who took my order was in. He also told me he had NO record in his system of my order and that I must have paid in cash. I explained to him that I paid with my debit card, proven by the fact that I was LOOKING at my bank statement as I was on the phone with him. All I can think of is that the delivery guy that I tipped in cash (who also oddly snatched off my copy of the receipt from the box) either tipped himself extra on my card, or these people just charged my debit card and have no system organization to know what their sales are. Bad pizza sucks but being robbed sucks even more. Don’t use this location.

About every month or so, I order two pizzas on Tuesday to take advantage of their two-​for-​one special. Most recently, I had an issue with my online order where I only got one pizza and no coupon, even though I had two pizzas and the coupon listed. I called and spoke with Dave who promptly took care of the problem. I would highly recommend getting your pizza from this Domino’s because their customer service is the best I’ve seen!

This must be a local pizza joint run by the Domino family or something because I’ve never heard of them before. Anyway, pizza is fine but the best part is the little tracker on the website so I know EXACTLY where my pizza is at all times. I like knowing the exact second that Carlos leaves with my pizza in hand. It gives me plenty of time to freshen up before I open the door.

let me tell you something. they let me order from them while THEY WERE CLOSED!!! how dumb do you have tio be to let someone order from you while you are closed? let me tell you, pizza okay, cheesy bread — no competition bc nobody else has cheesy rbread, but for the rest… EVERYONE has better pizza. this place SUCKS i hpope they regret not servcing me pizza as promised. theysuck. they lie. they suck they’re slow. i hate them. my frineds hate them. great cheesy bread0 but go somehwere else. they suck end of story. im still hungry. goodnight

I ate it and it didn’t suck. And its super cheap and fast.
I’m blown away.
I used to refer to Domino’s as snot on cardboard. Now, I can’t really hate on them. Its no worse than the rest of the delivery joints in town (none are very good, except IPK, and IPK is too pricey for what it is), but its cheap and it actually delivers fast.

Surprisingly good service! I have always been a fan of Domino’s pizzas in general and the quality of food from this location is consistently excellent. But they also manage to do a great job of delivering it fast and still hot, usually under 30 minutes even on a busy night. I like the new online ordering feature on the Domino’s website, which tracks your order from prep stage to «in the oven» and eventually «on its way».
I know the delivery guys hate having to bring the pizza up to my apartment, but I usually can’t be persuaded to go down to the lobby in my slippers. With a little cajoling, they’ve always agreed to it (except one dude, who really wasn’t very friendly at all, but I haven’t seen him again)… and I try to tip them a little extra in thanks.
My only advice is to use a local number rather than your long-​distance cell number when ordering pizza. I just recently found out that when you use a long-​distance number, the delivery guys will call you first rather than just delivering straight to your door, which they often won’t bother to do with a local number.

Excellent! Best experience I’ve ever had with a pizza delivery. Extremely fast service, friendly staff and the pizza was delivered FRESH. Order was delivered in less than fifteen minutes.

In DC for a couple of days before heading to Myrtle. 1 large xcheese pizza, 1 large ½roni ½ veggie and two 2 liters = $ 49 with tip. A little pricey for Domino’s but 5 stars on the delivery time. No lie, it took them 12 minutes to be in the lobby of our hotel with our complete order. I checked my cell to confirm times. Amazing!!!
