The food was alright, the service took forever even tho the place wasn’t busy snd the owner was very obnoxious and im pretty sure he was drunk.

Wonderful restaurant. Vera, Victor, their 4 kids with each named V something. Food was excellent, Jeff was excellent as well.

I want to say how disappointed I was in this restaurant. We went there as guests for a holiday. The owner made a scene in the restaurant and was very unprofessional. I would have gotten up and left if it wasn’t for my children. I did not want to make more of a scene. Then my dinner came and it was the worst Italian food I have ever had in a restaurant. I would never go back there and will tell everyone I know to stay away. The only reason I gave them any stars was because the staff was wonderful. Our waiter did a great job. He is to good for them.

Haven’t even finished dinner but am so impressed with this place. Like other reviews, this place really makes you feel welcome. The joint is quiet with cool music is the background and the layout is such that you aren’t stacked on top if each other. Wine was exceptional as was the service. Food prices were normal which really surprised us — value for your money. We will be back, soon !!

Elegant, delicious, a place to get dressed up for and leave the kids home. Romantic and very grown up. Stick with pasta, veal and chicken dishes. My filet was overlooked but still tasty. Wonderful atmosphere.

These are some of the nicest people around. Owner Vera and bartender Jeff are oh so personable. We really enjoy the sophisticated décor. The food is tasty too.

My family and I were visiting family in the area and were looking for a place we had not been to before. This restaurant showed up on the Unilocal search. After looking at the menu the whole family was intrigued. We decided to try it, and boy are we glad we did! The décor was beautiful and had me looking all night. The staff was very attentive and had fantastic suggestions. The house olive oil that is served with the complimentary fresh baked bread was to die for. Everyone in my party enjoyed their food. It is definitely a place to try. They also have a piano player on the weekends. That would have been great to see.

Victor’s Dolce Vita Ristorante is an amazing restaurant. Wonderful décor, extremely attentive service (Jeff), great food and the lavish and comfortable booths make for a special evening. Life is Sweet– after eating here.
Invisible; completely invisible. I would never had stopped into Dolce Vita even though I drive past it almost every day, were it not for the buzz among my friends about this place. Some claimed it is their «Favorite Restaurant». I had my doubts, but I can see it now.
Dolce Vita is pretty. That’s right; I said pretty, like everything from Northern Italy should be. The décor, meal presentation, even the bathrooms all very well done. You can have a peek at the interior on their website
I was really surprised as this is another «strip mall» property. Everything is covered in tile and wood and fabric. It’s really tough after dinner not falling asleep in the giant comfy upholstered booth seating, complete with throw pillows!
We made reservations and were seated immediately at one of the aforementioned super-​booths. Service was prompt, friendly and very Italian. Our server knew every special of the day and eagerly provided every delicious detail. The food was outstanding. Hands-​down a flawless meal.
We each ordered an appetizer, our waiter brought a stack of extra plates to encourage sharing. Everything was fantastic, tried the capresa, a special asparagus with prosciutto, baked clams, and finally mussels, oh the mussels (super fantastic! Highly recommended.)
A perfectly dressed green salad followed the starter and it was on to the main course. I had the Penne Arrabbiate– pasta, hot sausage, onions, hot cherry peppers, plum tomato, herbs — perfect. My girl went for the Ravioli Aurora (stuffed with lobster, shrimp, crab and scallops in a brandy cream sauce). Everything that went around and around at our table was delicious and everyone had a wonderful dining experience, topped off with an espresso.
We will be back, after I lose the additional 5lbs. put on during this sitting!
