Uno Pizzeria & Grill

Ok so let me start this review out by saying the food was good the service was ok but I will probably never go back. My family and I stopped there for a quick lunch in a pinch trying to be somewhere within in the hour so we risked it and stayed even after we saw our waitress stuffing her face with food while she was running around still setting up stuff for the day handing utensils, and monitoring the kitchen waiting for our food to come out after she just shoved bread in her mouth and clearly did not wash her hands then was going to handle our food!!! This general manager came over and asked how out experience was and I told him, he did apologize but he clearly assured me that the sanitation of the company was important, but he didn’t stop our waitress and the other staff eating there breakfast As he said (I’m sorry that is why you get a break) overall very disappointed and I’m assuming people do care about eating then handling the customers food!

Great food and reasonably priced. They have some offers and discounts.

I had the personal deep dish pizza and chopped salad combo; it was pretty tasty. The sausage on the pizza was good and the salad fresh and appropriately dressed. We sat at the bar and had a fine time. I would definitely go again. Plus, it’s right next to the NTB for when your car breaks down. ;-)

Don’t come here unless you have plenty time to waste. I’ve been waiting for half an hour to get my pasta for taking out. If I didn’t ask, it must have been longer than that.

I gave Uno’s a second chance and that was a definite mistake! The food is consistently not good! Ordered the pepperoni deep dish, another deep dish with sausage, peppers, pepperoni, onions, and order of the sesame teriyaki wings and the all American dessert.
It all was nasty! The all American was decent but it was ice cold!
Never coming back to Uno’s.

I had a deep dish pizza and it was good. I especially liked the crust because it was like a crisp pastry. The atmosphere was nice and comfortable and servers were friendly. The only reason I took out one start is because there was not as much cheese as I expected.

I reserved a table for 12 and that was the start of a great night. The service here was excellent. The whole night our group kept our waiter on his toes yet he was always consistently attentive and cheerful. The food here was good no complaints at all, just nothing special. We spent around $ 340, not too expensive considering the amount of food and drinks we got. We all left feeling very satisfied. If you plan on reserving for a large group make sure you get the waiter Christian, you won’t regret it.

This place is ok, but there are always better places to go. Good if you have a large group.

It takes 30 minutes to get apps at 8:30p on a Tuesday night, seriously?
Food was crap, service was crappier. Our server was extremely quiet, didn’t ask us how we were, didn’t check on us, no apology for the delay in delivery. It was WEIRD.
It was Cinco de Mayo and there were very few people in the restaurant when I ordered a margarita– naturally. The entire time, I hoped I would be able to taste the alcohol with the next sip. Nope, nothing. A pretty large marg usually gives a slight buzz but I think I was more sober than when I was sat, and I hadn’t drank alcohol in at least a week!
Sorry guys, not worth it. I’ve had much better service and food at other Unos.

The deep dish pizza is always very good. Always a nice quick lunch stop. Service was just ok.

I came in to get take out. I sat at the bar to place my order and was greeted by Heather, the bartender. She was extremely nice and personable. I ordered the pizza skins, my favorite thing on the menu, and a Skinny Blood Orange Cosmo. The Cosmo is one of the best I’ve had. Heather delivered great customer service. She was much more friendly than the bartender I had last time I was here. I will definitely come back to this location.

Total fail on my food order and dirty salt and pepper shakers! That’s unacceptable. My salad was wilted and was ice cold which tells me it was pre-​made and sat in the frig the dressing which was there classic vinaigrette was pink water with no flavor asked for a new dressing returned with the same pink water I asked what’s up with this server just agreed with me. Remember when UNO’s was the go to place… Ok, granted it was like 25 years ago but still this place even with the recent face lift needs a new direction.

Always nice to find one. of these. They are becoming harder and harder to find but if you do get a dee p dish and share with the family

We visited the place for dinner last night.
Service was excellent.
Appetizer — Pizza bites and Cheese sticks are very good.
Deep dish pizza is outstanding maintaining the traditional taste.
Dessert –Chocolate brownie is yummy.
We are all happy and satisfied with UNO at Waltham.
We will revisit.

Great place! Good food! A nice hangout with some good drinks and bar food!

I have always loved Uno’s for their Chicken Spinoccoli (which is now the Chicken Spinoccoli Pasta). This dish has been amazing. It’s a bed of penne pasta with creamy pesto sauce, and on top a bed of marinara sauce followed by tender chicken rolled up with tomatoes, spinach, and broccoli on the inside, with melted cheese on top.
That being said, Uno’s as a whole, not just this particular one, have slacked on making the dish. When they first started advertising it years ago, they put effort into making it a perfect plate; but now they kind of slack because the ingredients aren’t as flavorful, the dish isn’t made as great, and the sauce is more saucy and has less pesto.
I got 2 Towering Iced Teas. They were okay. They could have been stronger, and if my waiter came around more I would have gotten a third.
Oh and the breadsticks here are everything. From someone who hates Olive Garden and their breadsticks, I loveee Uno’s breadsticks.
The hostess I had was so super nice, she was a cute black girl but I don’t remember her name. :(I really liked her, I wish she was my server! She was great from the minute I walked through the door until I left.
My server was very boring and hard to hear. He didn’t check to see how the meal was.
Probably won’t come back but I really liked the hostess! She gets 5 stars for service.

One of the few chain restaurants I actually like! Every time I’ve been here, the food has been good and the service has been amazing. I’m not a fan of their bar but my dining experience has always been positive.
For my vegetarians: try their veggie burger! It’s actually really good.

Stopped by for lunch today (12:20) Had limited time as I had an appointment down the street. Our waitress was Mikalah, she was quick, pleasant and introduced herself by writing her name on a napkin to leave with us. I loved it!
Lunch was all you can eat soup and pizza of the day for me and my hot wife had ½ sandwich and all you could eat soup.
I’ll tell you, I don’t care for chains but I was really impressed. It was two of us, and it was busy. The Black Bean soup was really good, the Broccoli Cheese was good and the sandwich and pizza was good. it hit the spot and I’d return.

Came here with some friends. I didn’t really order food, but had some bits and bites from my friends who ordered. The pizza here is okay. There is pretty much any topping you want as well as their specialty pizzas. I tried one with eggplant, tomatoes, and mushrooms which was good. I also got the 20oz George Killians for $ 5.
Overall, decent food and good service.
