Not customer oriented, would not return there. I went here to get 3 tires for my 1996 Toyota Camry & am very disatisfied with my customer experience, would not return there again. Here are the issues I encountered: 1 — clerk gave me a data shakedown as soon as I stepped up to the cash register to inquire about the tires. Before she even did a search to see if they carry tires for my car, she was intent on getting every personal detail on me and my car into the NTB database 2 — my car has over 100K miles yet the clerk automatically chose the most expensive set of tires for my car, without offering the full range of alternatives. I had to ask about less expensive tires. 3 — she did not mention the«buy 3 get one free» promo. I happened to see a poster on this in their waiting room, after the tires had been mounted. When I asked her whether I could get a 4th tire free, she winced and said«oh that’s only on the Yakimotos» 4 — as I was waiting for them to put the tires on my car she came walking into the empty waiting room, and asked me to my things off the chair so she could sit next to me with her clip board containing a list of critically needed repairs — new struts, shocks, all for a mere $ 900. She made it sound like i would be in grave physicial danger if I did not replace these items immediately(«you could start with the back, for $ 375»). I called my mechanic while in the waiting room and he told me how to check on the need for struts — push hard on the back and front of the car to see if it bounces more than 2x —(when I checked, the car bounced just one — no critical need here) 5 — here’s the clincher… the next morning when we went to drive the car one of the new tires was flat. We took it to the garage & learned that the tire had a defective valve stem. We paid $ 12 to get this fixed. I called her today to tell her about this and she told me I needed to bring the tire to them to get it repaired.(like how are we supposed to get to your store with a flat tire?). I asked for a refund of my $ 12 and she gave me a lot of trouble — like they are not going to give me a refund. She offered no appologies for having sold me a bad tire. She had the nerve to say«oh there have been recalls on these tires because of faulty valve stems and we have no way of knowing which ones are bad»… Ha??? Needless to say… I will never go to this company again for tires.
