Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. I cant fathom how difficult it is to understand a clearly spoken order 4 times. Also whoever the manager on duty was apparently did not care that their cashier had a line of 8 people and was having trouble comprehending someone’s order.

I love BK in general and I don’t have any major complaints about this location. It’s fast food, guys. Get a grip. If they’re messing up YOUR orders then stop going. I have been here so many times in the past year and they have never messed up my orders.

Literally the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever met. They mess up your order and leave things out about 75% of the time. I noticed half my order was missing and so I emailed corporate and they sent me a free whopper coupon. I went to use the coupon and tried to explain to the lady that I had a coupon before I ordered it. Went up to the drive thru to pay, handed her the coupon and she gave me my card back and she had charged me for the whopper, so the manager did something and another young lady handed me the bag of food and I said I need a refund I gave that lady a coupon and she says oh we just put another whopper in the bag is that ok? Wtf? No that is not ok, give me my $ 5 back! What a bunch of idiots that work here!

Slow service even though they have like 6 people working back there. Went there the other day and waited 10 minutes before my order was taken and there were no other customers in line. Just went there right now and their A1 bacon double cheese burger had half a piece of bacon. Take the drive and head to the Wendy’s on main street.

Slowest, dirtiest, most poorly run Burger King I’ve ever been to. I live In newton, and if I want Burger King I will drive all the way into waltham to go to the other one instead of this dump. Maybe if you speak Spanish you’re good, not if you speak English though.

I stopped here for a couple of burgers for the kiddies expecting to pop in and out because the drive thru was not busy. I walked up to the counter and there was one woman with a managers uniform taking a order at the window. While I was waiting in noticed the floor behind the counter was covered with food, paper and other stuff which looked like they never bother to clean up between orders or shifts. Look I know it can be busy between orders but comon.. spilled sandwich ingredients all over the floor and counters is just being lazy. You could tell it’s been on the floor for hours and it was pretty hot in there. At that point I decided to bail and go across v the street to NY pie. Much better. Hey BK Waltham… clean up that place!.

This Waltham Burger King messes up my order about 50% of the time. Which is very high. The last two times I came here, my order was wrong. I ordered 2 cheese burgers, got charged for two cheese burgers, but only got one cheeseburger. The other was a plain hamburger. The time before that I ordered a cheese burger with only ketchup… I got a burger with everything EXCEPT ketchup, even though the receipt said only ketchup. This is one of the worst Burger King I’ve been to… I only keep giong back because it’s fast, and only a few blocks from my house.

So I live like a block from this ridiculous place. Alright: I walk in, ok, and Charline(I know she’s the manager because she’s wearing a white shirt), is yelling at Mike – the guy who took my order. She says, «hey, come here for a sec!» and beckons him over quite angrily. Apparently, she needs to teach him how to make smoothies(which I never knew Burger King had.) He’s obviously humiliated because she’s humiliating him in front of all the employees and the customers. I feel sympathetic to Mike because a) I’ve been yelled at by my boss in front of a bunch of people before, and let me tell you, it’s no picnic; and b) he asked me «for here or to-go,» which is an extra step of service never before experienced at this particular location. Now, Mike looks to me with desperate eyes, and tries to pretend Charline hadn’t made him an object of laughter, and genuinely wants to know whether or not I’ve been given a paper cup to drink Diet Coke out of. I haven’t. He brings this to me, and I continue waiting and waiting and waiting. There are customers ahead of me; they want to know where their food is, but Charline is much too busy schooling everyone in the drive-thru. She is yelling loudly. «Take it!» she exclaims, «now!» The ending is not a happy one. The sandwich: cold, gross, Burger King style grill grease flavor. Fries: cold, over-salted, over processed. Why can’t I have a f@cking McDonald’s next to my place? Whose idea was it to invent Burger King in the first place? Where’s that creepy king guy on TV? Can I speak with him? Why is he so creepy? Waltham! Do something about this place. It sucks and so do you!

I work fairly close by to this BK. Unfortunately my lunch breaks are very short and need to stop here. Every time I go, I remember why I should not come here. One time I was stuck in the drive through line for 25 minutes, which some how seems to be an ongoing problem. Seems as though everyone that works here speaks Spanish, which is great, unless you need to make a change to a standard order. Don’t ask to nix someone like pickle, it will go unnoticed. If you are ever on Moody Street in Waltham, just drive past. It’s not worth it. Trust me.

Assistant manager shamina, it is your turn to face the music. I walk in ready to order and am the only one in line, and I wait. Actually 30 seconds or so in, I decide to time how long it takes shamima to acknowledge that I even exist. She is there preparing fries, putting together orders right in front of me. 126 seconds pass and she looks at me, does not say hello or sorry, but«just a moment». 162 seconds in plus the 30 or so seconds I wasn’t timing she stands front and center, and doesn’t say anything but looks at me which I guess meant she was ready for my order. She then devoted her entire self to completing my order, ignoring everyone behind me. It was only when my order was complete that the acknowledged the patron behind me. Hey BK, I can do better, hire me as your night manager!!!

They messed up my order again, this time giving me a HAMBURGER! Gross. Then I was involved in a girl fight in the parking lot after a friend confronted some other patrons at 1am for throwing their garbage out the window.(Go green!) Insanity.
