The food was delicious and the service was excellent! My mouth waters just thinking about it!

A mediocre sandwich does not cost $ 10. The servers here always give attitude when you don’t tip. Tipping is saved only for stellar service. Sometimes I eat during odd times in the day when fewer people are around and playing Frank Sinatra in your café does not make the tip. Service is important and nobody needs to deal with your entitled attitude especially in the food industry I would rather use a machine to place my order(for your overpriced and tasteless food). At the very least keep a neutral face or just don’t serve people… Pretty simple

Excellent food with good service! I ordered home made omelet! Awesome! The best C/P value for brunch.

Way overpriced for taste and service you receive! $ 48 for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid. Omelette you only have the option of choosing 3 items and each additional item is .50 cents, cheese counts as a item. Didn’t have an option for egg whites. Dad’s omelette was about $ 13 mine was about $ 16 since I added avocado substituted the hash for fruit. Omelette a were nothing special. Our waiter brought our coffee with 2 creamers and no sugar!!! We got the house blend which is «popular». It was decent. The kid got waffles and a side of sausage. He liked them, but a 6 year old kid likes anything loaded with sugar. Lol. I felt rush to order, and waitress was not attentive at all. I wouldn’t return. The quality of service and taste of food doesn’t not match its price.

I ordered a plate with hashbrowns which tasted like it had no salt and tasted a little under cooked & the breakfast sandwich … Typical home made egg and cheese sandwich … Prices were ok but I wouldn’t go back

This café is a cute staple for weekday breakfast. There’s a good variety of consistently well-prepared dishes and excellent coffee. I tried the omelette(bacon, mushroom, spinach) with hash browns and shared a big bowl of fruit. The omelette was cooked well. Eggs were fluffy and not overdone. The texture of the bacon was a bit hard, but not hard enough to detract from my enjoyment. The hash browns were DELICIOUS!!! Crispy golden brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not oily, not greasy, and roughly the size of a Taco Bell burrito. Fruit was fresh and looked freshly cut. Ours had cantaloupe, melon, pineapple, and strawberry. Coffee here is amazing. They use Intelligentsia beans and a Chemex for pour overs. My cup was nutty and rich with no sour or acidic notes from under extraction. I’ve also tried the latte and cappuccino here. The milk ratio is a bit off and dilutes the flavor of the espresso. Regardless, foam on the cappuccino was excellently frothy. Service is relaxed, but decently attentive. You definitely need to ask for water or the check. Expect the kind of treatment you’d get at a coffee shop and not a full service restaurant. Overall, great casual place for a relaxed morning meal.

The burgers are pretty damn great, but everyone knows that. What really shines here is the breakfast. The eggs are fluffy, the hash browns crispy golden and the sausages are beyond plump — they’re explosive! Thick waffles and big portions. You’ll never be hangry again.

First and for most my impression of this place based on Unilocal review was way off. Somehow I envisioned this place to be a 2 story sports bar, with a modern décor… Instead it’s a hole in the wall inside a commercial building complex. You really have to look for it since this whole complex is uniform in color and very little signage to tell them apart. Now for the service, the only lady here as our server was on point. Very impressive! As for food presentation, pictures don’t lie. It’s half the reason why I came by. As for taste, I had the chicken spinach sandwich w hash browns. The sandwich was not my favorite. The hash browns were bomb! Now the turn around was crazy fast. From when you ordered your food to the time it reached your table was incredibly fast! I’d come back and try something else.

This is my first time here and the waitress was super friendly and nice. I brought in outside boba and she was so nice about me having it in the store. My friends and i ordered breakfast food and the chicken sandwich. The portions are quite large and had to take half togo. The food came out quick too. The location of this place looks a little sketchy(but its not), the inside looks much nicer.

met up a friend here for brunch, and it wasn’t bad nor was it anything to rave about. first of all this place is located in the middle of industrial warehouses, and i’m assume they get the majority of their business from the surrounding buildings. they have a small menu for breakfast and some sandwiches and hamburgers. they also have some pasta dishes, but they only have it during the weekdays. i ended up getting a club sandwich and an iced coffee. they apparently brew intelligentsia coffee, so if you’re into that, it’ll be a plus for you. the club sandwich was alright, but it was really filling. i think i paid ~10 bucks for it. it also comes with fries. the workers are friendly, and parking is ample.

This is a great place to have a big break fast or lunch. Their portions are huge and they have really good coffee. The hash browns are my favorite thing there. I always get them.

My sister took me to this cutesy little café for brunch on a Sunday morning. Came in at 10:30am or so and there was no wait! We both ended up ordering the same thing! Totally didn’t think about sharing because we ended up only eating half of our meals. We ordered the two egg breakfast: scrambled, bacon, hash browns and sourdough bread(you could choose between bacon and sausage, as well as different types of bread). I also ordered a stack of pancakes(came with three pancakes). To drink I order jasmine green tea which came in cute little teapots. Everything to eat was pretty basic and tasted just like breakfast! Nothing too special and I guess like something I could’ve made at home. Prices were decent and customer service was decent as well. This place was good, but not great in my opinion.

The food, the food, the food! Great place for breakfast. Everything has to be a million calories at least. Quite the ode to decadence. I loved everything we ordered. French toast, pancakes, etc. The service was nice, though the wait for our food was kind of long. Additionally, our food didn’t come out together. A couple of us were waiting at least 10 mins longer than everyone else for food to come out. The place is very small, they definitely need a new location, but in the area, if you’re jonesing for a sweet breakfast, it’s worth the trip. Plenty of parking.

Good, but could’ve been better. I got the 3 egg omelette with a side of fruit($ 2 more) &2 slices of wheat toast. The omelette was huge but was pretty bland tasting. Also, it was probably the most oily omelette I’ve ever had at a brunch place and you can see it before even eating it. The oil was oozing out as I was eating and it was kinda gross… haha the fruit was good though! The toast was perfectly toasted. I like my bread very toasty and dark brown. They spread the insides of the toasts with melted butter and it comes with 2 small jellies(grape and strawberry). I paid $ 13 for this and I don’t think it was worth it. I can go somewhere else and have a better tasting omelette for cheaper or the same price.

Went in to eat brunch with a friend today. We were greeted and sat down right away. One of the employees took our drink order and told us they would give us a few min before taking our orders again. We both ordered the omelet with the toppings and stuffings we wanted. After about 10 minutes our food came out. When we both wanted cheddar cheese on our omelettes, we were expecting like shredded cheese but instead they just took a slice of cheese and threw it on the omelet lol! That was a first… the omelet was alright overall. The hash browns that came with the meal was crispy on top but the bottom was very soft. almost like a soggy hash. On my bread slices I found some type weird strand of plastic on it… eh. The total came out to be almost $ 12 each for each person and I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Service was ok… I had to ask for water a few times and get up and give the employees our cards/checks to pay at the end bc I couldn’t get their attention even if the place was somewhat empty. They seemed to just stand behind the counter looking down and not around the café/restaurant.

Tiny little warehouse of a coffee shop/breakfast bistro in what looks like a storage unit. So they serve El Stupido, or rather, Intelligentsia, coffee here, with all the pomp and circumstance of the single-cup carafes. What a time-waster these things are. It’s bad enough I’m crammed like a sardine into a storage unit to eat the Most Important Meal of the Day, now I have to wait patiently for you to pour out individual servings of coffee from a carafe because the Hipsters say so? Come onnnnnn let’s get the caffeine already. I quickly guzzled a tiny cappuccino as soon as it was brought to me. We ordered, intending to share both entrees: the Sugar Rush namesake french toast and the 3-egg omelet with spinach, sausage, mushrooms and provolone cheese($ 0.50 extra for that last item to be included, groan.) I requested the hash browns be done«extra-crispy» and she actually LAUGHED at me(don’t you love it when waitresses laugh at you like they’re superior? It’s like a signal that they’re about to F*#% UP !!) So she laughed at me and said«Yes. Our hash browns are crispy.» And when the food came, she proceeded to plunk down in front of me only lightly tanned(I hesitate to use«browned» because these were not) hash browns that were positively mushy in the center. And then beam at me like she just bestowed fruit from the Tree of Life. Sigh. I can’t even.

Perfect cup of coffee. Fresh ground right there and gravity brewed using one of those glass decanters. Temperature was spot on, smooth and full flavoried. I will come back just for a cup of coffee. Ordered a spinach, mushroom and swiss omelet. Served with toast and traditional hashbrowns. Everythung was cooked perfectly. Service was very attentive but not overbearing. Enjoyed this meal alot.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and the experience was great at first but I think the puppy love has worn off. The food when I first tried this place was amazing to me and the service was very friendly. Pair that with competitive pricing and great café drink options and I was sold! But recently I’m not sure which error is the biggest that has made the food or the experience less enjoyable. +Great sausages +Awesome hot chocolate +Omlet +Chicken Burger +(if it isn’t busy) Good service +Good prices –Bad service when it’s busy –Bad french fries(get thick cut or at least make them less like potato chips!) –Bad seating, no privacy for the people who come sit in tables for two This isn’t going to stop me from going to Sugar Rush again, it’s just going to keep me away for awhile until I give this place another chance. I really help the next time I can come back home and update this review to a 4 star rating.
