I got the wrong order, when I got the right one, half the food was cold the other half was hot and it didn’t even taste good, and I was placed in a corner table where we were forgotten.

Came in for breakfast while in the area. Was seated fast. Service was good, food came out in a good time, had the philly cheese steak omelette, was pretty good. Overall pretty good experience

Good customer service. The food however is horrible. No flavor. Even the kids food is bad! Not as clean as other Denny’s. Never going here again. Waste of money!

Fatal…

They did not change the deep fried oil, so every thing taste like French fries. I ordered the pancake puppies. No cinnamon on them. I’ll try again, but other Denny’s pay attention to details. D. B.

Nadeem the manager here is professional and provides amazing service. Went out of his way and gave my daughter a stuffed animal that made her day and my families day! Great job with his staff also!

This Denny’s is horrible. Last week I called in an order and when I got there it took 7 minutes for someone to check me out. My food was sitting there and every employee walked past me at least twice. This week, I was calling for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. When I got there and asked if the phone was broken she pointed around and told me see how busy we are? Sometimes we can’t get to the phone. I asked for 20 minutes? She curtly responded«yep». No apology, nothing. Every customer leaving looks unhappy. It’s nowhere near as busy as they try to portray. It’s in diamond bar for god sakes. Customer service is terrible and this is my last time in this manager-centered establishment

The servers were generally nice and the food tasted ok, like general Denny’s. The downside of this place — it was absolutely dirty. Food crumbs were everywhere. My coffee mug had lipstick stains all over. Maybe it’s because it was a busy day(Saturday afternoon), but still… not pleasant.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER. I was seated then ignored for 20 minutes before I was able to flag down a server. And when I asked to order, she looked at another server and asked«who was supposed to get that table». WTF just be nice and take my order. The OTHER server came and asked what I wanted without even apologizing for the wait. It took another 15 minutes for my food to come out. The eggs and pancakes were mediocre. BTW, the guy who got seated at the same time as me finished eating before I even got my meal. YEAH.

My favorite restaurant any day of the week! I drive out from San Bernardino to go here specifically because I always love the food and service. Cravings are satisfied here due to the wide variety of options in the menu, servers are upbeat and nice even though I took a long time with my order during my last visit!

I really didn’t expect much from a Denny’s, but this has been the worst so far. Service is slow and the food tastes like it came out of a microwave. While trying to eat, there was a guy burping two booths away and the server was just laughing. Really grossed out and wasn’t able to finish eating.

I love visiting this location on a late night when my boyfriend have worked a long day and don’t feel like doing any cooking! I always get the best service! My favorite is any salad, I’ve tried them all lol and they are all pretty great! On this particular night I had some awesome customer service due to our host Norman! He is excellent at his job!

Busy on Sunday afternoons. I got the Biscuit and gravy breakfast($ 4) because I wasn’t too hungry and was craving hash browns and eggs. My boyfriend got the French toast breakfast($ 6); both items were from the $ 2−4−6−8 menu. My hash browns were overcooked, which was disappointing. I don’t care much for gravy, so next time I’d probably ask for the gravy on the side. In addition, my boyfriend said sausage when asked if he wanted bacon or sausage, and he still received bacon. We didn’t say anything because they seemed really busy. Sometimes you can find Denny’s coupons in newspaper ads, but the ones I received today said $ 2−4−6−8 item menus are excluded from the discounts. I probably would choose a different location the next time I want Denny’s.

One of our to-go places to order in whenever we don’t feel like cooking in the morning. They have a great vegetarian egg white omelette and it’s literally down the street from boyfriend’s house– so easy. Fall into it’s tempting omelette grasp every Sunday morning! FOOD: I usually only get Loaded Vegetable Omelette($ 9.49ish) with egg whites, no Mozzarella cheese, sub toast with seasonal fruits and hash browns. Best. Thing. EVARRR. To come out of a diner. Omelette is always stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and a variety of other veggies and the egg white is aways not too soggy or overcooked, rather it’s fluffy and perfect textured. Phoning in gets you faster service is what I noticed. What usually takes 45 minutes dining in you get in 10 minutes if you get it to-go. Only thing I really hate is that they take forever to pick-up the phone. Always have to wait about 20 – 25 rings before anyone picks up. I wish they would just have a host up front to be in charge of these things. Also, 50⁄50 chance you might get someone that isn’t too fluent in English, ended up taking almost 25 minutes to phone in a to-go order(only two items) because the other guy on the other end didn’t understand what a ‘Loaded Vegetable Omelette’ was… Had to describe that it was made out of eggs and had vegetables in it, finally the phone was given to someone else. :/It just feels inefficient.

It’s located in a small plaza right off the freeway. Came here for breakfast before college started awhile back, but I didn’t write a review! So from what I could remember… everything here was just a-ok. I’ve been to better Denny’s. This place was a little dirty and service was pretty slow. What we got: Strawberry Lemonade & Strawberry Mango Pucker($ 2.75 each): strawberry lemonade was okay. It didn’t have real pieces of strawberries in it so don’t expect to get that kind of lemonade. The strawberry mango pucker didn’t have the mango taste at all so skip out on that drink… Prime Rib Skillet($ 8): didn’t taste like prime rib to me and it was pretty chewy. It came with a side of hash browns, eggs, and red/green bell peppers. Pecan and White Chocolate Chip Pancakes($ 6.50): BF created his own pancakes and he loved his creation, but I thought it was overly sweet. It was 3 stacks of pecan and white chocolate chip pancakes topped off with peanut butter sauce and whip cream. And it also came with your choice of sausage or bacon, eggs and potatoes. For $ 6.50 I thought it was a pretty good deal and we ended up taking some of it home. Service: It was pretty slow considering the place wasn’t crowded at all. Drinks took long to come out and so did the food.
