Came in and order 5:09 I was told it was going to take 20 minutes to for my order to be ready came out til 5:45 and when receiving my order the sauce was leaking out of the bag… there was 9 employees working and only like 4 were actually working… bad customer service

Service in the early day sucks. We were standing in line waiting to order like everyone elseand out of nowhere a man walks in and the girl with the blue hair immediately rushes to the register to help him and let’s him cut the line as if we were invisible. She finished helping and walked away from the register and didn’t help anyone else. I wonder what it takes to get that kind of VIP service. It was clear that she knew this guy named Sam but it was unfair that she only helped him, let him cut, and made us keep waiting.

The food here is great but the service is ok, they need to pay better attention when they take the orders because they always mess up. They have been consistently getting my order wrong the past 3 times I’ve gone and that’s not ok. I really like wingstop and I always go to this location because it’s close to where I live but I think I might have to start going a little out of my way to another one because they just can’t seem to get it right.

Place was clean and tidy. The workers were nice and very professional. The food was amazing. they put in a couple extra things in there. This place is so amazing that I decided to go there for my first meal for my cheat day. And I’ll tell you what, it was the best decision of my life.

The best wings in town. You must go to understand what i am talking about. Me and my cousins are just addiced to the food there. I dont know what is the seasoning they use and i and professional cook. I challenge you to go and try.

The bone-​in garlic parm wings are pretty good. I had them boneless and thought it had too much breading. I tried the barbecue boneless wings which was ok.
I really did not like the Hawaiian sauce, it ruined my day.
Their seasoned fries are good, reminded me of my grandma’s home fries.

I love coming here. I always order on the mobile app so when I get there which takes about 10 minutes for them to prepare and a few minutes for me to arrive they have my order ready. I love that its not crowded since its very small compared to others that I’ve been to. It does get crowded on the weekend so I always recommend if you are planning to take out rather than dine in, download their mobile app it will save you time especially if you’re like me who hates waiting and is always on the go.

Havent been here in a while! Mon and Tues wings are now 60 cents thats okay though. The wings are good. I made a telephone order told me my order would be ready in 15 mins and it was ready when I got there. Excellent costumer service.

Update: An expensive Apple device of mine was stolen moments after I went up to grab my wings and check my order. Contacted the GM the following day to look at the cameras to verify the description of the person who stole my device, he said he didn’t have access but would follow up later that same day. This was a month ago. No follow through whatsoever. So disappointing. They need to get it together.

Wingstop as a company does not care two shits about their customers because every single Wingstop that I’ve been to in LA has horrible customer service. It doesn’t matter of the location.
This was my first time coming to this Wingstop the plaza that it is located in gets very busy so parking is hectic. I ordered everything on the app arrived like 20 minutes earlier than what I was suppose to and within 10 minutes they had my order ready. This is probably the only Wingstop that I will come back to because they were very quick and efficient.

This is the closest wingstop to my home! And I love wings so I come here often. I’ve tried other wing restaurants and I always compare them so I always come back. I order the boneless wings original hot, fries and a side of carrot sticks.
Monday and Tuesdays are .50cents boneless wings and luckily those are the days I crave them (lazy days) when I don’t want to get ready for a sit down restaurant.

10 pieces for $ 6.99 — can’t beat that deal, and best of all you can mix and match between all the flavors. I do wish they put a few carrot & celery sticks with your wings.
–Great location in a shopping center with lots of parking (but it does fill up).
–Definitely not legendary service, but they get the job done.
–Fast turn over rate with the food too — Indoor seating
–Different side options, I always go for the fries, kinda remind me of In & Out’s just bigger
