Sleep Number

We purchased a bed three weeks ago. Leroy was a great salesman, but so far dealing with the company has been horrible. I waited 4 hours for a delivery: a part was missing and no one called to say it wasn’t coming. I called Leroy, who said he would call me back. He never called back. I was left to deal with home delivery which average wait time is 45 minutes on hold. After 3 days of calling, Julie finally called with a new delivery date in 3 weeks. I was promised free shipping for my inconvenience on my first call. Suspiciously, it was not in the notes? I decided to Unilocal sleep number and found a case of black mold, problems of bait and switch, AND a problem with returning beds. I was particularly surprised by the problems with the broken air chamber. If I have problems working with the delivery, I am wondering what it would be like to deal with them if I have a problem. Since I have three weeks until delivery I bought a bed. I left three messages at the store and none were returned so I had someone else call and they were told we would have to call customer service. After being on hold half an hour the person asked us to hold and we were disconnected so we called again and hope this will see a refund as promised.

I was waiting a while to post a review, hoping to share the good and bad details about my new bed that I purchased in May. The truth is, there is nothing bad to share… except maybe that my bed is so comfortable that I have to force myself out of it each day! This is my first time owning a sleep number bed. I stumbled upon this store by accident, thanks to some signs posted in the nearby parking garage. I had seen commercials, but didn’t get what the big deal was all about. I am so happy that I stepped into this store. My bed is so comfortable that my family members prefer to stay with me in my studio apartment while in town, rather than at a nearby hotel (perhaps my loss? But at least they are happy!). I bought the dual chamber bed which means that each side can be set on different settings, based on your comfortability. If you are thinking about trying one, definitely stop by the store to test one out. Leroy is wonderful at this location. I highly recommend working with him.

Leroy was awesome with helping us with our transactions! ! We purchased two beds from him… and a few others from other locations for the past 10 years. absolutely love love love the sleep number selections!!!
