Wowee! We so lucked out to hook up with Arlo when we bought our first house.
He is a creative genius when it comes to developing your «mortgage resume». He took what we were able to offer (financially) as a prospective buyer and made us look like gods. Without bending the truth or building in perks we couldn’t follow through with.
