This library is noisy, when it should be quiet. The bathroom I was in had dried urine sprayed on the inside of the stall; which I didn’t realize until I used it. Otherwise, the library is cool and comfortable.

Every time I go to the library here I find that I end up checking out at least one book. They do have quite a few books here!(He says with a smile on his face.) The children’s section is very inviting and there is nearly always a large group of children taking advantage of the resources and facilities. The library has at least 20 computers available for use in one hour blocks. They are always being used and there is often a waiting list to use one. They also have a reasonably eclectic video/DVD collection. The opening hours keep changing, but as of today, February 27, 2015, they are not open on Sundays and Mondays. The mural in the parking lot is fun to look at and there is a very interesting sculpture in front of the building. You can check your books out electronically without having to wait in line. However, you might want to get in line because the librarians are very pleasant and will answer all of your questions and queries.

This has been my go-to library since 1990 except during a recent battle of county versus city library jurisdictions, but due to a recent annexation, this is my library once again. There are lots of activities here at the physical library, but I tend to use this library as my springboard into the electronic library for books on my tablet, particularly for travel. There are those times, however, when having a physical book in my hands just feels right and here is where browsing the shelves for that perfect read is actually fun. The librarians are helpful and knowledgeable and always friendly.
