Arguably one of the best burgers in town. Staff is excellent and the environment is comfortable. Karen and Jennifer are the rock stars of this place.

This one star review is more about the service quality than the quality of the food. The bar staff — including the active manager on duty — told us he was«too busy with tickets» to get us a drink after we waited 15 minutes at the bar. There were about 5 other people in the bar, and he had two tickets with one drink each. The food is actually pretty good, but the car staff and the regulars make you feel very uncomfortable with being there. One of the waitresses came around to take a drink order, and walked in on me saying the word«bitch» mid conversation. She told me if I ever call her a bitch again, she’ll make sure I don’t get served here or elsewhere again. Totally rude, totally uncalled for. Getting seated at this place was so a challenge. If I was the owner of this place I’d be concerned about the sustainability of a business operating in this way.

The Shoulder Pork Sliders are fantastic! The Bang Bang Cauliflower is interesting, but surprisingly really good! The Spicy Seared Ahi was good, and The Lettuce Wraps are so darn yummy!

Marcy’s is a bar in Walla Walla that struggles with an identity crisis. It’s one of those places that is trying to be everything to everybody, but not much of it brushes excellence. In my humblest opinion, it seems to rely HEAVILY on it being practically the only option for late night in Walla Walla. That’s always a questionable precedent for the customer. When you’ve got a monopoly, you can essentially dole out whatever service level, quality level and price point you want without much consideration to the customer. Marcy’s plays this to their advantage and it’s evident. Painfully so, when you order a Michter’s Manhattan and receive the bill for $ 16.50. Ouch. That’s price-gouging at its finest. The food, outdoor areas and live music options seem to be Marcy’s finer points. Basic pub-grub with a few upscale twists and perfect for late night snacks. The blonde woman in the kitchen sent out all of our food with little touches of pride; even if she was pushing out a few too many fried options. Bang Bang Cauliflower and the Pork Sliders were excellent options, disregarding the obvious swipe at a local seafood chain on the cauliflower end. We really enjoyed the live trio performing acoustic covers one night and maybe had more enjoyment watching the locals vibe to it. Not a whole lot of bars open in WW’s off-season, so adding the live music element without a cover was quite an unexpected treat. Having some outdoor options to sit and sip a cocktail is a nice touch as well. We’ve enjoyed the outdoor setting in past visits. The staff change-over seems to be a tough one. On my last visit in September, the bartenders seemed to have a grasp of cocktails, both craft and classic, and impressed me with their ability to juggle both ‘college bar scene’ and actual classic bartending, but this time around, it felt more like I was at Red Robin. The 3 ladies behind the bar seemed more impressed with themselves than actually being personable and ingratiating. One nonchalantly ate her dinner in front of us behind the bar. I played ‘bottle Marco-Polo’ with one of them over half of my requests, as it became clear she wasn’t familiar with a lot of the product on the back bar shelves. Our entire Saturday night experience was somewhat painful to witness as the notion sunk in that this was Marcy’s «A-team» Multiple visits that weekend ensued, as you tend to continue to find your way back to Marcy’s if you’re any kind of night owl stuck in Walla Walla. Brunch HH visit with $ 6 Bloodies was much more relaxing with the bartender being super friendly, fast and accessible for our mid-day munchery. I wish the best for Marcy’s as there are some definite upsides to their game. AND it’s practically your only option for late, late nights on Sun-Thurs(and definitely during Fall/Winter months). I am just concerned how a place like Marcy’s will do when they are faced with decent, late-night competition.

Marcy’s is one of the few bars that is consistently open later than 11:00 p.m. in Walla Walla, so right there, I’ve got to give it four stars! The kitchen stays open fairly late too, although like most places in town, they’ll start to close up if business is slow. The happy hour here is great, with several drink specials and food options to choose from. The layout of the floor is a little funny… it’s hard to find a table that feels like it’s facing«the right direction». But there are some comfy lounge chairs, and an outdoor smoking patio. On weekends, Marcy’s has live music which can be very loud! Even on a busy Saturday night, they had plenty of staff and the service was good.

Stumbled in here on a Sunday somewhat by accident, but was glad I did! I had the carnitas tacos, my friend had the fish tacos. Both were fantastic. Great flavor and beautiful/interesting toppings to boot. I will definitely come back to see how the rest of the menu is.

Neat outside, however the décor is not maintained inside, decent burgers, good frys and onion rings. Are there better places to go in Walla Walla, sure! but for quick bite try it out.

We came here on a whim because there was an hour long wait at Maple Counter. We were seated immediately. We sat outside and I enjoyed the vibe. There was sunshine but there are some trees that provide some shade so you’re not burning up or awkward squinting the whole time. There’s also a nice fountain and a small stage area for live music(there was a band playing next door the morning we went through). My boyfriend and I shared the chicken club sandwich, which was surprisingly refreshing! Everything was seasoned perfectly and the fries were simple but also cooked right. They have«fry sauce», which is just mayo+ketchup but even that was a nice touch too. Service was friendly and attentive, though we had our IDs checked twice by two different people. We will be back again for cocktails!

I came to this bar with some friends after a concert. We spent over $ 100 here with multiple bartenders and were all having a great time. Without reason, a male bartender decided it was last call and had security escort us out. No employees were able to give an explanation as to why, even though we politely asked multiple times. Other people were being served during this time. Of note, the most intoxicated person in our party had three drinks, so it was not a matter of too many drinks. I am still wondering why they asked us to leave. We were not loud, obnoxious, or cheap, although you may need to be to enjoy this bar.

It’s a bit pricey for the portion size, but the food is incredibly delicious. I recommend the pulled pork sliders. The cocktails were good and the ambiance outside is very nice even with the construction going on downtown. It’s a nice place to relax in the evening with a cocktail.

After wine tasting all day this was pretty much one of the only places still open for dinner sunday at 7:30 /8:00. Really a very cute place. Nice welcoming vibe. Fantastic outdoor seating. We were greeted and served by an adorable very sweet, very good waitress, Alyssa. The pizza(can’t remember the kind) was BOMB!!! My wraps were pretty yummy to boot. This place is very wheelchair friendly. Great street location. I would strongly recommend all those visiting the area to stop in and try it out. We had wine so can’t comment on the cocktails. This really is a great place.

The bartender/mixologist was Amazing. We had several specialty drinks that were very tasty and just watch him mix them up was fun. The marinated fish tacos were amazing. Talk about excellent flavor with no fishy aftertaste. Would recommend this place it was very good

OK, so when I checked in I accidentally checked in to Macy’s and not Marcy’s so my comments about dancing on the tables did not make much sense. With that said, let’s get to the meat of the issue – Marcy’s great hamburgers. Even though there are only four different hamburgers to choose from, each is unique in its own way and all use local Blue Valley meat. This makes choosing what to eat much simpler than when you have a menu with thirty different hamburgers to choose from as well as half a dozen different meats(veggie, turkey, ostrich, buffalo, etc.). Plus you are going to Marcy’s because it is a bar that serves great beer on tap so the hamburger and menu shouldn’t be as important, right? WRONG. The food here is great and so you should be coming here to appreciate the atmosphere, to savor the food and to enjoy all the different brews and mixed drinks as they do have a full bar. I chose to eat the hamburger that was the spiciest of the four choices as it had jalapenos on it. My wife had the BLAT(the A stands for avocado(not and)). Both came with seasoned fries which are mmmmmmm delicious! I also had a local red ale which was very tasty. Definitely this place should be one your list of places to eat if you just want a simple meal with great flavor.

When I come here, I don’t come for the«bar & lounge» part of this establishment. Instead, I come in for FOOD, so if you are reading this for a bar review, STOP now and check other Unilocalers’ reviews for that. The hubby was on the hunt for a hamburger tonight, so we ended up here. Service was great. Even when WE couldn’t decide at which table to sit, I certainly didn’t see any eye rolls from the wait staff. I ordered a BLAT minus the cheese. Do you see a C in BLAT? I don’t. B=bacon(delicious, not burnt but not too floppy, which would make me gag); L=lettuce(hurray, not iceberg); A=avocado(green, slimy stuff that tastes good and has nutritional value); T=tomato(something red that at this time of year has less flavor than in the summer). I wonder why the acronym doesn’t have another B for the bread part because it always has bread of some type. BBLAT, BLATB, BLBAT, BLABT. They just don’t have the same ring as BLAT. MYBBLAT had super soft yummy bread(possibly a focaccia). The meal also came with fries, but if you prefer, this can be swapped out for salad(or another healthy option) for a nominal fee. Not me, I ate the fries and am going with the new nutritional standards that sugar is the real killer, and fat is, well, fat that your body needs to survive. I hope that sugar isn’t a hidden ingredient in their fries.

Marcy’s is a pretty decent small bar in downtown Walla Walla with an amazing patio for the nice parts of the year. It features a rotating selection of micro brews, a small list of local wines, and a full hard alcohol selections. Most of the bartenders are pretty okay at making classics. The crowd is eclectic and tends to skew younger which is nice. Regular mixed with people from out of town and a fairly unpretentious setting. They also feature open mic nights, live music and DJs pretty regularly. The food is also pretty decent for a bar, I especially enjoy their large selection of burgers, including Crunch Burger and the Edgewater Club. I think they are open 7 days a week. Give them a shot once the weather improves and enjoy the patio and fountain.

Oh, Marcy’s, your Thursday special for burgers and beer helped me survive harvest. Marcy’s is a(cute) establishment just off Main St with a nice variety of indoor and outdoor seating options, including a fire pit. Win! The interior feels cozy, and you can find seating facing or avoiding the TVs scattered throughout depending on your wishes. As other posters have said, they do have a good happy hour. I visited just about every week for a period of time for their Thursday special of a burger and draft beer for $ 10. There are several burger options and I think I managed to try them all. My favorites were the Greek and the Edgewater Club, but they were all tasty. They aren’t kidding about the Chipotle burger being spicy, in case anyone was questioning that. The burgers were generally cooked medium well, so knowing what to expect on that front was nice. They also came with a good amount of fries that were standard and good. The beer selection changes, but there were generally 4 – 5 options to choose from, including some non-Bud/PBR options that were always appreciated. The drinks here are also made well, which was a pleasant surprise when I was looking for whiskey or a G&T to tide me over and not break the bank. Marcy’s is a good choice for laid back, low key drinking and dining that won’t break the bank.

Tied of champagne wishes and caviar dreams my wine loving friends? Come to Marcy’s to take a load off your wine weary feet, and enjoy burgers, sandwiches, a beer, if you are a fan of sports, catch a game on the flat screen. Unlike the stereotype of a wine snob, I find wine fans are often craft brew fans, and Marcy’s gets that. Its a cute 30’s spot(a former hotel, perhaps?) loving restored and very adorable from the outside, with patio seating and a fountain in downtown Walla Walla, directly across from the Colville Patisserie. The sandwiches and the burgers were average but generous and the beer was excellent(great IPA on tap.) This is essentially a family-friendly neighborhood sports bar with good pricing, and comfortable all-ages atmosphere. In all, its a place to return to for an easy going meal in Walla Walla, particularly anytime a game is on. The larger adult bar is well lit and full of windows(no dark, dank sports bar here!) It sports two televisions. The adjoining family-friendly section is smaller and has about five tables and a flat screen televising sporting events. Marcy’s menu is fairly mainstream with its burgers, salads, french dips, chicken strips and other universal bar foods, but they roll in some interesting attempts at mixing it up –Thai lettuce rolls, a hummus plate. Despite the seemingly ambitious menu offerings, the food here achieves somewhat average results. Still, a solid spot downtown for a quick bite.
