Probably my favorite spot in Walla Walla. Fantastic vibe, beautiful space, interesting specials, and an overall fantastic menu. You really can’t go wrong, and the food is so fresh and well thought out. Always worth a stop, wether for a quick meal, or a romantic evening.

wine, yes by glass or bottle, decent and drinkable.
it was our first stop in town when we landed in WA. definitely good for a lot of things & friendly people.

My hubby’s work shift ended at 9pm, and Olive closed at 9pm. I called at 8:45 and asked if I ordered now could he pick the food up about 10 minutes after they closed. The guy on the phone said no problem and the food was ready to go when he arrived. I really appreciated the flexibility — obviously the restaurant was still open since people who ordered at 8:55am, but you’d be surprised how few restaurants will do this.
A few weeks later we went for a late lunch and the food was very good. The food was a little slow to arrive (you order at the counter and then wait with a number for them to bring your food) but the place was packed, so it wasn’t unexpected, and when I went to get a take-out container for leftovers, someone helped me as soon as they saw me even though they were all very busy.
Overall, I’m impressed with the service and the food quality.

Yakima, WA

I used to travel to Walla Walla weekly from Yakima. The fresh fish scene in Eastern Wa. is without being insulting… well we are in the desert who am I kidding right?
For some fantastic reason the owners at Olive get that and have strived to rectify the situation. They take great care in who is supplying their fresh seafood.
I have never eaten their food, though it looks delicious. I stop in on every trip, just to stock up on super fresh albacore, (freshest I have ever seen or eaten that I haven’t caught myself.) Beautiful Sashimi grade ahi, Shellfish that are as tight as can be… a site never seen in any Yakima store!!! They aren’t smiling at me. I don’t buy that Yakima!
Anyway, I’d buy a half a dozen oysters, shuck them outside in the sun and load my cooler with the rest. I can’t think of a more pleasant break from my work day! Plus… got a couple dinners planned while at it.

All things delish!
Came here for coffee but ended up returning few more times for their food. Such a cute place. Pretty, bright, open, brick walls! Outdoor patio! And a whole lotta baked goods. Yummmm!
Love: pizzas! I don’t do pizza usually but I do love the fresh baked, thin crust with minimal toppings. They have the best ones here.
My favorite: Prosciutto and grapes! Omg! Swee
