Very dissapointed with this location. I had a flier I needed copies of. They asked me if I needed it that night and I explained to them yes. I sent the document to the copy center email. The young lady insisted she would help me and that it would be done that night. HAHAHA! That was a lie. She did not complete what I wanted. I called later on because I never heard anything else, the «manager» answered the phone. I thought he would be very accommodating and professional. HAHAHAHA! Nope he continued to cut me off and NOT let me explain the situation.
Long story short! They finished it the next day. The manager didn’t know what he was doing, and I had to come behind the counter and work on the computer. If you.
If you are going to have people working in a copy center and or computer aide department; I believe these individuals should be computer savy. He told my mother she couldn’t do something on a document that she was paying for, ONLY because he was not computer literate.
They left a really bad taste in my mouth. **thumbs down**

I am a small business owner and have all of my copying and printing done at Staples in Waldorf. They typically do a good job on my printing orders. My issue with this Staples is that the Copy and Print lines are TOO LONG at all times of the day! There is only person working the copy and print desk but typically 5 people in line for a 10 – 15 minute wait each time. Not acceptable at all!
