Yasss. French onion soup is back so I am too :) staff is friendly and they still remember that I like extra cheese in my soup. Sweet tea is always on point.

Awful customer service. Cashiers were bashing customers and complaining about cutting bagels. I just asked for two.

I enjoy grabbing a bite at this Panera Bread location. The food is always top-notch. I’m a fan of the Kale Chicken Caesar Salad with a cold green tea as well as many of their other items. My only criticism for this location is that if you’re ordering your food to go, it can sometimes be a cluster because so many people are crowded by the pickup counter. It’s not always an issue, but at peak times it can be a challenge. I definitely recommend the location for a quick breakfast or lunch.

I absolutely LOVE Panera! The staff here is incredibly nice, and I’ve been going here so often for such a long time, they’re pretty much my «Panera family». They know my order, and start it before I get to register, and(when it’s not busy) we chat for a while. The food is also amazing.

I’m writing my review based on breakfast. They always run out of soufflés and don’t bake more. In the past I have tried to call in to ask to save one if I knew it was nearing the end of breakfast and they said they could not save any. Today I went in and asked the manager about this and he said to call in ahead of time… ok –_– which is it? I asked if they account for demand and bake more and I got this long explanation of how they come up with the numbers and a «try again next time.» I don’t understand why this location always has this problem, and the manager could have at least tried to offer a coupon, rain check, «we’ll save you one tomorrow or something» but nothing… Not a satisfied customer.

I’m usually content if my order was not right but this just did it for me. I ordered from this location craving a great night salad and what I got in return was a huge dissapointed. I figured ordering from their site will be easy enough to follow since they’ve messed up my order when I went in person. Let me just start from the top and the reason why they deserve no stars. I ordered an CHICKEN Cobb salad and when my fiancé brought it home I was unhappy to find that the salad had NO chicken in it. I was also unhappy to find tangerine oranges since I took that out from the order. Also, I paid for extra add ons and nothing I paid for was in my salad. If that wasn’t bad enough, no salad dressing, no cheese, and all the stuff I look forward to eating was not there. If that didn’t make it bad enough this did: THEREWAS A PIECEOFHAIRINMYSALAD!!! I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with my order and I will never recommend.

I NEVER have an issue with this Panera Bread. Food and staff are always on point. The one in Waldorf is always clean too. I love it

food is still good, service is BAD… I have noticed in the past six months that this location’s service has gone down hill with recent front cashier staff members attitude of not listening to customer orders and no attempt to be helpful and get the order out completely. I ordered breakfast items for three people and had to keep asking various staffs for my food items like my Baguette, drinks, sandwiches, which they didn’t give me with my pastries and didn’t bother to tag team each other to take care f the customer’s complete order or tell the customer what to expect. And they decided that they don’t want to serve soup yesterday also yet… this weekend unlike other times I have been there. We thought this Panera was reliable for having soups ready at 9 – 10 am for brunch but not anymore. We thought that the Panera in La Plata was an abnormal bad location due to similar slack of service because the manager there didn’t care… I guess something has changed so that both Panera in Waldorf and LaPlata service are now equally lack luster… There seemed to be no longer the same professionalism of management for good food service in this Waldorf store now as before… Counter staffs make food preparation decisions and others just follows along with out any manager consultation. Looks like children in charge, without adult supervision. They will be off my list for breakfast brunch on weekends then…

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I am a nurse at a local hospital and used Panera to cater a breakfast for our nurses. We scheduled a delivery time for 0630 – 0645 and they did not arrive until almost 0730! Some of our night shift staff had to leave and miss the party. When the delivery girl finally arrived her excuse was«oh I’m not the normal delivery girl» I called to complain to the manager who had an attitude and did not seem to care and gave me 10% off. WILLNEVERUSETHEMFORCATERINGAGAIN and will inform the rest of my colleagues to do the same.

I know you can’t expect much of anything in a town like this, but I figured a Panera bread would be safe! The cashier sounded way too bored with her job and mumbled off her questions so quickly I had to ask her to repeat everything. No big deal. But when the sandwich came, it looked like there had been a food fight on my plate! See the pic. Also, I’m not sure that lightly toasted white bread qualifies as a panini.

Just OK, very pricey for what you get. Sandwiches do not have a lot of flavor and they are less than generous with the contents for the cost. Felt very rushed at the checkout and then was not told where to get my food? Employees were busy talking amongst themselves instead of offering good customer service. I have extent in a Panera in another state and was not impressed then either. Have not tried the baked goods or soups, but not going out of my way to eat here in the future. Really wanted to rate 2 ½ stars!

I love this Panera and have been there too many times to count. The staff is always cheerful, helpful, and fast. Like any other Panera, it’s got the carbs you want and really good salads. My go-tos for the pick 2 are the fuji chicken salad(must try) and the chicken noodle soup. When I used to eat bagels, the asiago bagel was my fave. I just wish I had Panera near work. Sometimes, you want to go to a chain that’s reliably good.

Love, love, LOVE this Panera Bread! As you can see from my reviews, I don’t give out 5 stars easily, but this place really is ‘as good as it gets’! You walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Your order is taken, ACCURATELY, and filled within minutes, if not seconds. They point out any freebies or discounts you might have on your account(if you have a Panera Bread card). And they send you on your way with an equally cheerful, but not cheesy, good-bye. The chairs surrounding the fireplace are comfy and plentiful. The counters, tables, floors, etc. are clean. And the food is GOOD! Love the cinnamon-crunch cake, cinnamon crunch bagel(yes, I like cinnamon :) and their salads. I found and began frequenting this location about a year ago and at each visit(unfortunately for my waistline there have been many) the quality of the food and service is ALWAYS top-notch!
