I really like this location. When all other IHOP locations are dumb packed on the weekend, this is my go to location for some serenity while eating my deliciously golden pancakes in peace. It is never too packed and the wait time is never longer than 15 minutes on any given day. The food is always consistent, the servers are always attentive, and my favorite, it is extremely clean! My favorite is the pancake combo with two scrambled cheese eggs, hash browns, and sausage. Yummy mmmmmhmm! I love IHOP, preferably this location!

The service was great and the restaurant looked really clean! However the menu choices and food was not as good as other diners. They only have one breakfast sandwich which had ham. I had ordered a really good breakfast sandwich from denny’s with sausage and bacon and was hoping they had one like that but they didn’t. The food that we did order was really tasty!

I love going to IHOP near my home by myself or with my husband. In comparison to other IHOPS I think this one deserves an update to its décor. Shame on corporate! As for the staff and service– depending on who you get you can have great service or someone that as very illusive or over-​abundant in check-​ins. I generally get the same waitress and she is amazing. :) Only down side is it can be VERY loud due to the open floor plan.

Brought my family in for breakfast as my kids love the create-​a-​face pancakes. Our waitress was very congenial and the food was satisfactory. Still a popular spot for my kids to have pancakes but would be nice to have more healthy breakfast options. All in all a good place for the family.

The coffee drink tasted like brown milk with tons of sugar, and the scrambled eggs were less than stellar to say the least. Before we finished eating, very very early in the morning (we walked in there on a pit stop on the way down to Jamestown, so it was barely after they opened, and therefore, not that many people in the restaurant), the waitress came around to drop the check on us, less than 5 minutes after we got our food.
I have definitely been to better tasting IHOPs.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast here the other day. I was on some greedy shit after a hard workout on top of a 10 mile bike ride. I had the Cinna-​Stack french toast, single egg scrambled with American, side of bacon. Counterparts had the Western Omlette with added mushrooms, green pepper, and onion. Had coffee too, forgot I had taken my supps and got super jittery! LoL All in all, good breakfast. Place was clean, not overly crowded, waitress was very nice. I’ll be back.

I’ve been here 3 times in the 3 years I’ve been in the area and the service is always so-​so. The food is average at best and the overall experience is ehh. Unless you just crave IHOP or refuse to go to Denny’s, I’d stay away from this place.

We stopped in here on our way back from a long hot day in DC one Saturday. The place was practically empty, so they weren’t that busy. We had to wait about 5 minutes for the hostess and then we had to go searching for her because she was in the kitchen chatting with the servers. My wife had to poke her head in and tell her we were there. Then our waitress didn’t really bother to come and check on us.
As far as the food, I ordered a ranch style omlete, which was the special. Got it and instead of grated cheese, they had used microwaved nacho cheese sauce. I ate it because I was already tired of dealing with the waitress, and the whole situation. We won’t be going back unless it is as a last resort.

I love this place. It is super clean and the service is excellent. The quantity and quality of the food is excellent. We always have weekend meals here because you can get a really good meal for not much money
