The Cashier Aaliyah was friendly, inside was empty and it still took longer than 10 minuets to get my food. The preparers (who I’m guessing were all teenagers) were playing around while making my order. My crunchy Tacos were soggy and filled with mostly lettuce and my steak chulupa shell stuck to the paper and made a large hole in the bottom of the shell when I pulled it off. It’s not the first time I have gotten poor looking food from this restaurant and the other TB across from St. Charles isn’t any better either. I seriously doubt I will eat here again.

The bottom of my «soggy» crunchy taco was stuck to the paper so all the filling fell out when I picked it up. The steak quesadilla was mostly tortilla and it cost $ 3.79. The quesalupa had barely any cheese in it. Definitely not worth the $ 10.68 I spent and all this happened on the same visit. Cashier Aaliyah was friendly though. With so many other choices on Crain Hwy I will never eat at this Taco Bell again.

If I could give it no stars I would! This is by far the worst customer service in the world! Ive been to the 2 taco bells in 301 La Platan to Waldorf and on the first one there it stank to high hell and there was no one in the cash register for 10 minutes so I left and then saw the next one and stood in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there were 4 cars before me, NONE moved the whole time! IT SUCKS!

Four stars for the friendliest staff at a Taco Bell I have ever come across. Raphael greeted us at the register with a smile. He made menu suggestions and was very pleasant.
Food was good too. Fresh and quick. Was it gourmet, mexican dining… no. It was Taco Bell.
If you are driving by, in the mood for Taco Bell, ask for Raphael.

Did not have any napkins in dispenser and ice machine was broken. Also took my food 10 minutes to get and only ordered two 5layer barrios do not go to this Taco Bell!

Me and my friends went by this Taco Bell yesterday and I have never had someone at a fast food restaurant treat us so well. A woman working there made our morning with her amazing personality. PS, the breakfast is nice for a quick grab and go. They also have apple soda! I’ve NEVER seen that before! :)

It’s Taco Bell. I’ve never had a bad or overly great experience at this location. I def go here more than the one in La Plata and the edge of Waldorf, because it’s more centrally located.
