Best choices for Filipino food on the island. The place is very clean and the food is fresh & good. I personally enjoyed the bbq chicken & roast pork. For dessert, I loved the lady fingers — delicate & yummy! I’m sad we found them on the last two days of our vacation :(Will be back before we go to the airport to bring home some goodies! The very nice ladies at the counter gave us samples to go. The samples were really good too especially the ube pastry(sorry forgot the name). Sigh — too full to continue. Food coma… Try the place — you won’t regret it

I was a little hungry this morning and have had their pastries before so I decided to stop in to pick up some pastries. I looked at the food warmers and saw the Green Papaya Chicken soup and it looked amazing! I knew I had to try it! I also got 3 ladyfingers. When I got home and at the Green Papaya Chicken soup I was so amazed and awe! It had so much flavor and the chicken was so tender and delish! The lady fingers were awesome and flaky and creamy! They had a vanilla cream cheese filling with a dusting of powder sugar. The customer service was awesome and friendly! The store was so clean and well organized. There was plenty of parking in the back. Great little store!

Wow, what happened? Maybe they lost their chef. Everything was tasteless, and the texture of the beef and chicken was dry and hard, even tho it was in a sauce. I couldn’t finish. Yuk.

I bought some of their pastries and it was one of the best I have ever had! I got an ube roll, lady fingers and the pastry with butter&sugar on top. The butter and sugar Pastry was so delicious! Softest bead with The perfect amount of sugar and butter! The rest were just as great. The service is awesome too, very polite staff(: the Filipino food they serve is the best place to go when craving a Filipino plate lunch. They are very clean, organized, cheap prices, a wide variety of foods, and very generous portions! Defiantly recommend anyone here! They also did catering at my job I was pleased With the work they did! Let’s just say the Guys who came made my job easier!

This place is the best place for authentic home cooked Filipino Food. Everyone that works here is so nice and the food is sooooo good! Since I was visiting here from California, the restaurant provided a taste of home while I was in the islands. If you are in town and looking for a good place to grab a quick bite to eat, definitely make this one of your stops!

Many people don’t know that CAA has an upstairs dining room that can be used to host parties, conferences, meetings, etc. I was looking for a place to host my daughters«Disney Frozen» 2nd birthday on Maui, and someone recommended this place because of its convenient location and ability to accommodate my party of 100 people for lunch. I spoke to Salvie at the restaurant, who was very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. She took me on a tour upstairs, where I was able to see the different rooms, a larger dining/conference room, and smaller rooms depending on the size of your party/group. The rooms are new and clean and restrooms are conveniently located in each dining/conference room. The chairs are not your typical folding party chairs, but elegant, cushioned, dining chairs you would find at an upscale restaurant. The room was equipped with a microphone and mic stand, tv, and a karaōke system, which we all know is a must for all Filipino parties. Hehe. They have a variety of food items to include in your menu, from appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. We ordered tako/ahi poke, kalbi ribs, shrimp tempura, fried chicken wings, roast pork with gravy, pansit bihon, and traditional Filipino pinakbet. They also offer a wide variety of delicious desserts, made from their very own bakery downstairs. The menu is endless — it was hard for us to choose from the different cakes, pies, and Filipino goodies that are usually served at parties. Our guests complimented the food and asked us for information on how to book their own events in the future. Depending on the event, Salvie and her awesome crew, will work with you and do their best to accommodate your needs. My daughter’s «Frozen» party theme involved a lot of banners, balloons, and decorations fit for a princess, and the staff was able to open up the room for us to decorate the night before. They say the room can fit up to 100 people, but I think it can hold 80 comfortably, with long tables and chairs. Salvie and crew worked tirelessly to give my princess and her guests such a memorable experience.

Their hotline for food is pretty good. I must admit, the pork adobo is super tasty and not bad as far as portions. But, it depends on what time you go there and who helps you. Also, if you’re craving any of the made to order foods, such as chicken Katsu, etc., be prepared to wait. I called one morning to order Katsu for breakfast and was told it would be 2 hours, as they didn’t have any prepped! Well, too bad, L and L got my money that day! The parking here is convenient and the store is really clean. Lot of Filipino style pastries available. Mostly stuff for take out, since there isn’t really anywhere to eat inside or outside there. The hours there are pretty convenient, but one thing I still notice is that the building color just blends in, so if you’re traveling on L. Main Street, heading Iao direction, you can easily miss the building and side street, as ive done several times, AND I LIVEHERE!!! All in all, for my Filipino food cravings, this is my new go-to spot. I just have to make sure I drive super slow so I don’t miss the turn!

So glad I went down the page to find this gem. I have no clue why this hasn’t been reviewed more often. It’s cafeteria style eating with 3 long tables to eat it in. The food is authentic filipino food and the price was the best for maui. Generous portins. Had a lunch plate 2 choice $ 7.50 and my wife a 3 choice $ 8.50 and we could not finish it. Dinuguan, lechon kawali, Adobo all excellent.
