DELICIOUS!!! I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, black olives and pineapple and it was so tasty I ate way more than I should have and even put it in the fridge to eat cold for breakfast! I called down from my hotel room and the pizza and Caesar salad was ready within 15 minutes. Tasted fresh, cooked perfect — I would definitely recommend if you want to just stay in your room and eat some yummy food in bed after a long day of activities.

Decent pizza but not great. Not enough sauce and kinda bland. Good caprese. Food came fast but waitress never checked on us after it came so we ran out of drinks. Great setting at sunset.

Actually went here several times due to time constraints, and each time I was slightly more disappointed. It’s not that the food is terrible, it’s just nothing special and frankly a rip off for the price. That being said, you are eating at a resort so high prices are to be expected. I ordered the following: –chicken parmesan: pretty bland –garlic bread: buttery but tasty –pepperoni pizza: not bad, probably the best item I ordered –short rib and mushroom risotto: my least favorite. So bland, and a very small portion to boot –crispy calamari: it was ok… but again, nothing special. Overall, a mediocre experience. I’d only go if you are staying at the Hilton and need a lazy night with some takeout pizza.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for take out tonight. It was edible but super cheesy, like layers and layers of cheese. The crust was overly flowered and chalky. $ 28.00 plus a surprise $ 4.00 «service charge» that was not mentioned when we called asking about the pizza and price. What is the service charge for? There was no service. My husband walked the himself and walked out back. I guess it’s probably the cheapest way to go on the resort if you’re stuck here and are feeding 3 adults and a couple of kids for dinner but if you have the option to go elsewhere off the resort you’ll find way better pizza at much better pricing up the road at Puelo’s Osteria, a real Italian eatery.

Biggest plus: beautiful outdoor patio seating right on the water, complete with tiki torches and balmy Hawaiian night. Service was on the slow side, pleasant enough if uninspired. Started with Calamari: crispy but under seasoned, very boring marinara dipping sauce. Also had a Garden salad, yawn, overly sweet dressing. Shared a main dish, and staff was very accommodating about this. Had the fish of the day, mahi, well prepared although at least 3 tbsp of capers topped the whole thing. Ok, but wouldn’t order again. Wanted dessert(hey, shared the apps and entrée) but nothing tempting in the least. Didn’t even have gelato in this tropical setting. Decided instead on an after dinner drink, and had a delightful limoncello spritz! Still better than I expected overall…

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews on here. The service was excellent and the food was very good in my opinion. Plus its got an awesome view to add to the atmosphere. So good we ate here twice during our stay at the Hilton Waikoloa. My favorite dishes were: 1) Pepperoni pizza 2) Garlic Bread 3) Bruschetta 4) Mushroom Ravioli(although portion too small) 5) Spaghetti and Meatballs Calamari and Caesar salad was just okay. I could have given it five stars but the price is too high for its quality, even though hotel food tends to be on the pricey side.

Can’t speak for their not-pizza offerings, but if you’re looking for pizza to placate young taste buds while mom & dad get a nice dinner, look elsewhere. Cost: expensive(not a surprise, it’s a resort) Pizza: neither kid liked it; one said the cheese tastes funny and the other said the bacon(!!) wasn’t good. Service: the«15 minutes» quoted for pickup over the phone was more like 40.

Can’t believe we just ordered a 58 $ pizza and green salad. What a raping! So not worth it. At least I can say it was warm. Not like the buffet at the breakfast at the Hilton, or the pool for that matter!!! Boo

Captive audience at a resort. Been sitting here for 10 minutes, and no service. Will report to Hilton on review. Disregarding the high prices is tough for what you get. Now that the some of the other places have shut down, they are really the only non-fancy resort option. I would take a walk and go to the Queen’s shops.

Overpriced resort food with no taste. Sauce tasted watered-down, pasta was old and staff lacked consistent service. Best thing is the outside seating, but not when it’s Muggy and Voggy. They do have indoor seating and the staff was friendly.

Summary: a safe restaurant, consistent with what you might expect at a resort. Overpriced for normal dining, but par for a Hilton hotel lobby restaurant. Dinner for one with 2 glasses of wine = $ 60. Limited wine selection. Friendly staff was above average, a slow restaurant with a quiet setting. Food quality was not bad. Garlic seafood with white wine sauce is worth it Would i return? Sure. But its not a meal im going to ever remember past today, which is why i must write this for you right now.

My wife and I ordered an Hawaiian-syle pizza and were disappointed on two accounts: 1) it did not taste good at all(specially compared to the one we had in Maui years ago or the ones we can get in the Bay Area) 2) it was way overpriced($ 33 for a large one) We also had the ahi started and we thought it was okay. The restaurant itself is well located(terrace on the water) but not very well tended to(for exemple papers were on the floor ready for the wild cats that roam the resort to inspect) and the menus need to be refreshed(some items were washed out and hard to read on the two menus we got). We strongly recommend not going there.

The bf and I decided to spend the day utilizing and carousing the property – that meant food choices too. Cue Dona & Toni. We ate here for dinner. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we wanted to wait for outdoor seating or if indoor was ok. We were hungry and we it was dark out so we opted for indoor seating. The inside of the restaurant looks so cheap, it was like we were on the set of a prop stage. So that’s why everyone is outside! I’m not very hard to please. Usually but man, they could’ve tried a little harder to decorate! The menus were cute(on wooden pizza peel) but the chairs were those uncomfortable cheap, woven plastic chairs; the tablecloths were way too long for said table and the colors and design looked like Jackson Pollock l’énfant. We had: *22″ cheese pizza($ 22 or $ 28) it was pretty big! My other half said it reminded him of chuck e cheese or fun factory pizza? Lots of cheese, it was ok. * Cesar salad($ 9) this was ok as well. * Italian soda($ 4) different flavor like lilikoi as well. Keep in mind it’s not an Italian cream soda. Our waitress was ok; kind of disappeared half way into the dinner. One of the cheaper options at the resort.

So we ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Very very very particular about spaghetti and meatballs bc they always seem to taste bland. But here… The spaghetti and meatballs was amazing!!! We ordered it with extra extra meatballs and it came out to be about $ 25 bucks. 15 — 20 mins wait. And they also deliver to your room so that’s a huge plus ! Considering the other places in the resort don’t even do takeout. Don’t know what the hell that a all about but we had this little gem so they saved the bitter taste about that!

I was a resort captive and bought a Caesar salad that had almost nothing on it other than some Parmesan for $ 9. At least they didn’t try to pour a pool of dressing on it to cover that up. So I got my healthy post-airplane meal. Fried calamari were alright.

Pretty good pizza! We just checked into the Hilton Waikoloa and was hungry for dinner. This place was the closest to our hotel room so we scurried on over since our stomachs were growling so loud that it sounded like the nearby ocean. We were the second family to be seated in our own little dining area which seemed a little sterile, which was interesting. Each table had a table cloth that was either red or green… that’s about it. Nothing on the walls, nothing on the tables. While we thought the atmosphere was a little odd, we assumed it was because they just opened and didn’t get to prep the room. So we ordered a couple of kid pizzas, salad and a pizza for us. Wow– I must admit, their pizzas were great! The flavors were unlike others that I have tried. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality! The prices on the other hand were not so pleasant, but were typical resort priced meals. All in all, not bad for an Italian restaurant on the resort property!

Disappointed in almost every aspect of our dining experience here. My wife and I dropped in without a reservation on a Sunday evening after sunset but they were able to accommodate us at a desirable outside table. Our server came by shortly after we were seated for our drink order. She was a friendly person but knew almost nothing about the dishes on their menu. Every inquiry came back as a «that’s a popular dish». On our own, we started by splitting a Caesar salad with a glass each of Chianti wine. My wife selected the eggplant dish while I went with my usual chicken parm. Their menu is heavily skewed towards pizza and maybe that is the better choice here. My only compliment about the Caesar salad was that it was large enough for us to split comfortably. The salad itself was bland and reminded me of those bags of salad you purchase at the grocery store. Our empty salad dishes and bowl remained on our table despite our server and bus boy walking by several times and even after our entrees were delivered. My chicken parm was nothing to write home about. The chicken cutlet was too heavily breaded for my liking while the sauce tasted fairly institutional to me like I might find in a school cafeteria. What really got me was they did not serve any bread with the meal. A cheese bread was available as an app but for $ 26 I expect to at least get a slice of Italian bread with my meal. I tried to get through my review without mentioning their high prices but I guess I couldn’t. When I reviewed my bill at the end of our meal and saw the bottom line, I couldn’t help think of the many other wonderful spots we could have dined.

The pizza is like… carnival food, and carnival quality. If you like pizza that’s crispy on the bottom, and feels so cheaply made, and that gives you a stomach ache later… then this is your place. Probably great for kids. They can get their sugary sodas and they don’t care about what kind of pizza they’re eating. ;)

When you’re staying at a hotel resort and you’re starving from a day full of outdoor activities, the only thing you want is FOODNOW. The great thing about this restaurant is that the take-out is fast! I can’t speak to the sit-down service since I didn’t opt for that, but as far as take-out, I was very happy with the quick service. However, that’s pretty much where the compliments end. The pricing was ridiculous(although what else can be expected for a hotel resort restaurant), and the quality of the pizza was surprisingly sub-par. My pie was tragically under baked with the some of the vegetable toppings still slightly crunchy and raw! The bartender that took our take-out order was unfriendly and gave me a very sour expression when I asked him to explain an item on the menu. Overall, I can’t say that I expected much more from a busy resort pizza place where the hotel guests are limited in their food options. However, I was disappointed with the food and would certainly not pay another visit.
