Pacific Academy Accounting Services

Pacific Academy Accounting Services is as good as it gets. I have used him extensively over the last 10 years and wish I’d found him before that. He does personal, business and just about any tax situation you can dream of. He’s personable and takes your account seriously. You simply cannot get a better tax person on your team.

In the past about 2 – 3 years ago had them do my tax forms, the young lady was Awesome Friendly and Professional :), only problem is they have never returned a phone call, originally tried calling and leaving message with name no. and regarding, no return call, so I went to office in person, three ladies doing various things were there, I got the help I needed :), recently tried calling a few times,(before and during their said buisness hours) they had their voicemail saying to leave name and no. and they’ll get back to you, again not once have they returned a phone call, I don’t get it, better to Not say you’ll return a call, or if you no longer do a service just reply so, no problem, just a little courtesy leaves folks feeling appreciated for their interest in your service, after all it’s a small town we’re all neighbors so to speak, guess I’ll have to try going to the office directly for assistance or try somewhere else. Bummer
