Jack In The Box

Was there today after I went grocery store ordered sourdough jack combo with fries drink medium the fries were horrible not fresh fir $ 9 come on get it right make good food that’s all your supposed to provide. I ain’t going back ever.

It’s Jack in the box so set your expectations as such. Super convenient except last time hubby got off late and came here for a snack we got pulled over for NO reason! So beware! Not everyone leaving Jack at 2 in the morning is drunk, some of us get off work and don’t want to cook! Other than that fries can be on the cold side however burgers are messy and delicious.
Love the Oreo shakes and always know food is going to be good if the manager/​shift lead with the big flower in his hair is there! Don’t know the name, he’s not always smiling, but his crew is jammin and on point.

Jack in the box Waianae. service is horrible. only 4 people working and the line is out the door. there is no cashier. No one is acknowledging the customers. one person on fryer. on making the burgers. I guess she is a manager she is doing the shakes… And one at the window…

By far the worst jack in the box in Oahu Fries are always cold hardly I get lucky and get some fresh hot fries, my boyfriend wouldn’t even eat his fries because they taste a day old and that’s sad because I pay to get a satisfying meal, another time the fries were covered in black like the oil was dirty. And they forget to put things I order in my bag all the time.
Not one bad visit a few I just love jack n the box and think maybe that was just that day the food sucked but it’s been more then once.

Early morning visits =no lines! We drove right up to the drive thru and there was no line. I love it when there’s no one behind me, that way I can take my time and look at my menu options instead of rushing and settling for what I always get.
I love their jalapeños poppers with their house buttermilk sauce and sweet sour sauce! I use both sauces! I also enjoy there egg rolls with the same dipping sauces. Today I tried for the first time their mini churros and to my surprise they were pretty darn good.
Another thing I like about this location is they haven’t messed up on my order… YET’ crossing my fingers! The Waianae mc Donald’s and Taco Bell are famous for incorrect orders! Go jack n the box!

This Jack in the Box has horrible customer service, the girl at the window tonight looked and sounded like she hated her job… They ALWAYS get my order wrong. The drive thru line takes forever… and tonight (12−20−15) the food looked and tasted horrible! The food looked like they haven’t changed the oil in a loooong ass time. Everything tastes burnt, there was black stuff all over the food… gross! I know this isn’t a 5 star restaurant but geez…

I ordered a jalapeño breakfast burrito. I thought it was supposed to be made with scrambled eggs. Well tonight this one came with an egg that looked like half a hard boiled egg. It kinda made the burrito taste weird. I googled both a pic and the list of things in the burrito and nowhere did I see even an over easy egg. And I got no salsa. I’m really dissapointed.

I come here pretty often, mostly when my kid is hungry after school or i’m craving a particular menu item. I’ve had my fair share of receiving wrong orders and yes, they are annoying, but i’ve had more pleasant visits than bad ones here and i’ve never had a bad experience with the food. I mainly hit up the drive thru and I have to commend 2 employees in particular that stand out to me. That’s Niu and Sean (and a female manager/​supervisor whose name I can’t remember). They are friendly and thorough and their upbeat attitudes make me smile. My daughter has made friends with Niu and it’s so cute that they always make sure to say hi to each other when we see her. Sean makes you feel like you’ve come to visit a friend and makes every visit fun. The drive-​thru goes fairly quickly even when there a bit of a line, and I usually get my order correct so Good job guys!

I went to Jack in the Box today around 2pm. There was no line in the drive thru. I ordered a chicken strip kids meal with curly fries. What I got was 2 orders of curly fries and no chicken strips. I’m very disappointed. I had no time to turn around & had to stop at Burger King to buy my seven year old chicken nuggets. I tried calling the number on Unilocal & Google & the number is disconnected. So I decided to write a review instead. Smh.

This is by far the worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. I’m sure we can all agree that, fast food establishments is in no way a 5 star restaurant. But when the only consistency is getting your order WRONG. Something needs to be done. Retraining… maybe? I mean, it’s not a soup kitchen & we are still paying customers.
I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and my order was correct. Usually in the morning… so maybe it’s just the a.m. crew? I don’t know. But it is still a disappointment.

I understand that getting food poisoning from an establishment could be a one time deal, but why risk it? Anyway, food poisoning, what does it all mean? It means that either the employees did not wash their hands-​GROSS, food is undercooked-​can you say salmonella?, contaminated food-​side of bacteria anyone? You get the point, any one of these reasons, which there are more of I’m sure, is enough for me to never return to this establishment and basically never eat at jack in the box again. Which is the only good thing that comes out of this.
On June 18^th my father and I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl (#15 I think) and a #11– a jacks spicy chicken, and onion rings, the things in common that we both ate seem to be the chicken, vegetables that went into the bowl and sandwich and the onion rings, so the culprit is one of those things for sure since we both got sick. Anyway, these were the only things we ate that day around lunch time until dinner time rolled around and we were deciding what to get for dinner however, we weren’t hungry, and my dad says «something wasn’t right with lunch huh?» I agreed. That began the most horrible case of food poisoning that I have ever experienced. I skipped dinner and began to feel worse as the hours passed, bam! 2am comes around and… I shall spare the details. Anyways it’s been two days since and I still feel like crap. I’ve been accompanied by sour stomach and horrendous head aches. So please stop yourself and don’t eat here. Granted nothing may happen to you but then again would you want to risk it?

Occasionally when I am sick and tired of eating at the other burger joints I would come to Jack In The Box in Waianae.
My order is normally Sourdough Jack regular combo, teriyaki chicken bowl, and the tacos (2 for 99 cents). I only order this when I am full on hungry and did not eat all day.
My recent visit to Jack In The Box I had a fundraiser card for $ 5.00 = 5 BOGO’s. Sean, the employee, said «with this fundraiser card you can order any sandwich and get the second one for FREE. You can also use it on the combo menu items.» SWEET!
I opted to order the Sourdough Jack medium size combo. I was going blank on what drink to have when Sean named every single drink that this fast food joint has to offer… very impressive. I settled for the Sprite.
Curly fries or regular? Curly fries please.
Dine in or take out? Take out please.
One stamp down… that means I have 4 more visits to get 4 more free sandwiches. I’ll go on Mondays if I’m scheduled for work. Which sandwich should I order next?
Overall my recent experience at Jack In The Box was very pleasant especially with Sean working. The restaurant was very clean and not dirty like some of my previous visits.

Had a nice day with my friend eating lunch after we pau school.

Boycotting Jack in the box and all its locations after the Waianae location committed fraud on my parents credit card after they used it at the drive thru to purchase food orders. While the store still had possession of the card, they ran other purchases onto it and then handed the card back to my parents. Later after this visit, thanks to the bank being efficient at their job, they alerted multiple purchases were transacted. The manager responded to have limited authority and referred the matter to corporate in which she gave my parents a BOGUS phone number.
Boycotting this food chain!

yesterday my son and his girlfriend went to the drive tru at Jack in the box they place there order and went to pay for their food. my son gave a $ 100.00 and she gave him back only $ 2.00. and when my son told her I gave you a $ 100 she said oh 8 though u gave me a $ 20. after they got the r change back they went to pick up their order to find out there who order was all wrong so more made they got. finally when they got everything right as they where leaving my son said he went to get his sandwich out he open it and he found a piece of hair so nasty. he said never again he going Jack in the box waianae

Orders are rarely correct. Almost always have to come back for something missing. Extremely sloppy food though, I ordered cheddar wedges once, it looked like it was dropped on the ground. I find egg shells in my breakfast sandwiches all the time. Fried foods are soggy; just don’t waste your time or money.
I give them credit for trying. Tried to reach some type of manager, got nothing.

well i had a morning appointment that got cancelled and wanted breakfast that was fast, but im in Waianae. Thought about breakfast jacks so i headed to Jack in the Box. The new restaurant is pretty cool. for sure the nicest jacks ive seen in a while. parked on the side and had lots of chairs. the staff was pretty cheerful too. too often its a grump fest at fast food spots. Waianae bucking the trend. I might have to visit more often. breakfast jacks all day.

Dear Mr. Box,
The majority of your customers order french fries. Please have your staff order a sufficient amount of french fries because when I came to this particular location this weekend, they were out of fries. Also, my mozzarella cheese sticks didn’t haven any marinara sauce because they ran out of that as well.
You have a nice, new location but not all of the menu items were available. That’s both disappointing and misleading Mr. Box.

They are slow. Today we got the worse service ever from some young Samoan girl. Rude and takes her sweet a$$ time. Never going back again. I rather drive to kapolei.

The workers here are always friendly, yet they do tend to be a bit slow in getting your order, although they have never screwed up my order or served me sub par food. Keep up the good work!
