Burger King

Came here to redeem my app coupon 2 whopper jr and 2 small fries for 3.99. Went to the window since she didn’t know what coupon I was talking about. Showed it to her then the manager says that they don’t accept the coupons on the app! Annoying!!!

Every now and then I need to get my whopper fix so I come here. Kudos for the convenient location and fast drive-​thru BUT they need to work on getting orders right. I get a screwed up order about 50% of the time. Either I get fries instead of my onion rings, they don’t put the mayo I requested in a biscuit sandwich, I don’t get the utensils and straw, or I get the wrong sandwich all in all. It wouldn’t be too bad if it happened once maybe twice. But this frequently? AND a lot of the time I make customizations that cost extra money and when I get home, I find that I didn’t get what I paid for. It happened to me AGAIN just this morning, thus prompting this review. I will not boycott the place, obviously, because I’ll always need my whopper fix, but I will become one of those people who sits in the car and holds up the drive-​thru line checking everything I ordered for accuracy because I think they’ve robbed me out of enough money on things I order but don’t get.

No stars. Found a fly in my breakfast sandwhich. The manager gave me a bad attitude when I took my food back. He wanted me to pick between getting a new sandwhich, getting a refund, or an incident report. When I said that I want a refund and to make an incident report he started to say that they do not do that.

This place is great! A new innovation in the fastfood experience where you get to eat AND get a partial workout as you battle the army of not 1, not 2, not 5 but 12 FLYS IN THE DINING SPACE!!!
Pack on those pounds and burn the calories off immediately afterwards, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend to those trying to reach a weight loss goal in 2015. Eat the food you love while losing weight. As an added bonus you get a feeling of accomplishment if you finish your entire meal without a fly dropping by to lay eggs in it!!!
So come on down to the new Burger King Fastfood and workout gym!

Several years ago after working the overnight shift at my current place of employment I would find myself taking a walk towards Waianae Mall in the morning. I would head on over to my personal ATM bank to withdraw some $$$ then I would have to make a decision of where to eat.
«Am I hungry for breakfast food from Hannara’s or am I hungry for a Whopper and a chicken sandwich?». The Whopper and chicken sandwiches tend to win the battle in my head.
Yes, I know Burger King sells breakfast items… but I can never seem to get satisfied off the breakfast menu. The lunch/​dinner menu always catches my eye when I am ready to order.
One thing I like about coming to Burger King in the mornings after work is that I get the chance to mingle with the senior citizens. I get to hear the stories of the time they grew up in old Waianae.
Occasionally I do show up at Burger King later on during the day it is the young adults or family members that occupy the booths in this fast food restaurant. Sometimes I would dine in and eat. Other times I would order takeout.

worst chain on the island… they should burn it down and build a mcdonald’s here. after waiting 20 mins in a 3 person line i had the worst fries ive ever tasted and a sloppy burger. i would have returned it but i didnt wanna wait another 10 minutes… then me and my family get locked in the store ?!? can you inform customers that your closing instead of locking a full lobby in your store… this will be my last visit.

It seems to me that the only time I eat at Burger King is when they send a monthly booklet of coupons showcasing their new item or pairing specials. That’s my usual draw to Burger King.
This Waianae location has it’s good and bad. Restrooms aren’t always the best, but glad they brought it inside the restaurant instead of back in the days when you had to walk in the drive thru just to get there.
Soda Fountains are self refillable which is a good plus, but they tend to run out of ice quickly.
If the food is burnt or doesn’t meet your satisfaction — they seem to take their time on giving you the correct one.
Glad Waianae Mall finally fixed the parking lot!

If you want to eat a skimpy burger next to a waste treatment plant then here’s the place!

Not bad service, but my fries didn’t taste right. :-(
