Stopped in on Thursday for lunch. I had the Marley Burger, the burger of the month. It was a juicy chicken patty with mango salsa. My friend enjoyed the Philly Burger and chocolate milk shake. The whipped cream on the shake did not taste like propellant. We shared an order of sweet potato fries. They were the shoestring-style and were crispy. There is a sauce bar. I experimented with the apple cider sauce and the toasted marshmallow sauce to go accompany the fries. I like my sweet potato fries plain. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The restaurant has a hand washing station so you don’t have to wait on the restroom line just to clean your hands.

Great burgers, but I just wasn’t as wowed as I remember being in the past. Maybe it was an off day but there was hardly and bleu on my bacon and blue burger. Also, they get pricy fast. Still, I’d pick burger 21 over smashburger or fast food. They have so many choices, different options for fries, and a bounty of dipping sauces at no extra charge.

Ate here for the first time yesterday and I think I’m in love. Customer service was great and the food was SO good. I ordered the black bean veggie burger with regular fries and a chocolate chip cookie. The burger was delish and the cookie was one of the best cookies I’ve had. Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because my fries were cold and I hate cold fries. That really was a disappointment because everything else was so good. Fresh hot fries would have topped my meal off!

Trendy Burger Joint with homemade milkshakes, infinite combinations of burger toppings and sauces. The burgers are cooked to order, I ordered medium and got medium. Will definitely come back.

What a nice little burger chain! While traveling through Cherry Hill on business, I had a hankering for a burger. I am so tired of the crap at Smash Burger and 5 Guys. Thank you fellow Unilocalsters for tipping me off on this place. I agree with another reviewer who said that the concept is kind of confusing. When you walk in the front door, it gives the feel that you need to wait for a hostess to seat you. On sensing my confusion, one of the runners came and handed me a menu and invited me to sit down. Once you decide what you would like to order, you walk up to that same front counter and place the order. When ordering the burger, they asked if it would be acceptable cooked medium-well. I told her no, I would prefer it as medium rare to medium. About eight minutes later, my Black and Blue burger arrived at the table. It looked wonderful but when I bit into it, unfortunately it was cooked close to well done. But surprisingly, it still had some moisture left. I requested an order of fries with no salt… But they arrived salted regardless. Burger flavor and toppings were very well presented. After taking my first bite, I happened to notice their«Sauces Bar» where there was an assortment of dipping sauces. Would have been nice if someone gave me a heads up. Once I got the feel of this joint, I was very pleased with it. It is not a five dollar lunch meal like you get at Wendy’s, but more along the lines of A $ 15 lunch. Very rarely do I pass through this area, but if I did, I would stop in for another visit. The restaurant was dead quiet at lunchtime on a Wednesday. I really hope they survive. And I would love to see a location in Northern New Jersey that I could frequent.

I’ve never been big on burgers until recently. I’ve learned to really appreciate the art of a flavorful, juicy, patty smothered with toppings and stuck between two pieces of bread. Burger 21 makes a great burger! Surprisingly, you can order beer and some liquor here. Fries were delicious. Shoestring fries, fresh, and crispy. The restaurant itself is very modern and the staff was extremely friendly. The best thing about this place, is their condiments station. Its literally a long table full of everything from Ketchup, to a toasted marshallow dip(not that good) but you get the point. I’m a condiments type of person and this made my heart skip a beat. We will be back Burger 21!

You order when you enter the restaurant and your food is brought to your table. The burgers were good but about average. They were cooked to the right temperature and seasoning was okay. We did get there during their happy hour(2:30pm-5:30pm M-F) so a small order of fries was free with each burger. They have a wide selection of sauces which are self-serve and kept cold. I don’t think they serve alcohol even though it’s advertised on their building and menus. Paid over $ 20 just for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 medium drinks so it’s a bit expensive.

Place no longer sells alcohol and the quality of food diminished as well. Place is somewhat overpriced i.e. 1 buffalo chicken sandwich, 1 small fries, kids burger, and 2 milkshakes = 23 dollars for average food. seriously? should of went to chikfila.

It was just ok. Nothing really stood out. The food was a little more greasy than I would like. The burgers were just ok but definitely not gourmet though. Service was good the sauces were interesting. The place was clean but over all I would call it a disappointment. They also no longer serve beer which kinda kills it for me all together. I was really looking forward to a burger and a brew sadly beer is still on the menu but not available.

Went for a quick dinner before a movie, and really enjoyed myself. The food was really good. I would compare it to 5 guys or smash burger, but will say it is much better. Loved the sauce bar that had really interesting sauces. The shakes were so good too! Had the bananas foster shake and omg soooooooo good. It is pricier than 5 guys, but worth it.

Soooooo delicious! Their burgers are to die for! I always order the bacon cheesy with fried onions. And the milkshakes… Let me tell you about the milkshakes. I am not a milkshake kinda gal but i get one from here everytime! Strawberry is my fav but I’ve never been disappointed with any of them that I’ve tried. It’s interior is modern and sleek. Different fron most burger places.

Went here for a quick lunch. When I first entered inside, I was attracted to the interior design; the tables were close to each other and placed near the counter, but it seemed as if every table could have a private conversation without being heard. I especially liked that you can order at the counter as soon as you go in, and get your own drink(s) any time. This prevents any wait and inconvenience. I got the Burger 101 and sweet potato fries. Both were good, but I especially enjoyed the sweet potato fries. Overall, I would have given a 4.5 stars for this place because I received the food slightly later than I thought it would’ve come. However, I can’t give half stars here, 4.5 rounds up to a 5, and I believe that the wait was all part of the Burger 21, experience, so I give it a 5.

For a burger chain this is a solid 4. There may be better local spots, if so please share them with me. In my area there is one slightly better non chain choice, but the burger size and cost are both more, and the toppings are not as good there. Before our visit here(my first) I signed up for their Perks program, that earned me a free order of fries which were pretty good if just a bit too salty. Too late I noticed that there is an array of sauces to select to go with the taters, even a marshmallow one if you opt for the sweet potato. The restaurant was very clean, and had a sleek casual feel to it. You order at the front register and pay, then very quickly someone delivers the food to your table. We ordered 2 kids meals, both grilled cheese and they come with a side and a drink for around $ 5. The young ins seemed to enjoy. Trish ordered a basic burger and asked for rare, it’s a good sign when spots agree to this, it seems to signify that they are confident in their product and in its handling. She scarfed it down quickly and pronounced it very good. My choice was the Tex Mex, and based on the toppings of fried onion straws, bacon and guac it may have been the tastiest burger I’ve eaten out in quite some time. Brioche roll held up throughout, and the standard medium was on point and really the way all burgers or steaks should be enjoyed. I also had a small chocolate shake that was garnished with whipped cream and even a cocoa sprinkle. It was a good shake but I would have enjoyed it more had there been more chocolate flavor. Most of the burger choices are $ 8 or less, and if you don’t do red meat there are other options as well. I have a feeling their chicken sandwich might be a good choice, and I am very curious about the shrimp, turkey and veggie burgers. Service was quick and friendly, and there is even alcoholic options, wine was a surprising $ 5 a glass. I am already plotting a return visit to sample a different burger configuration. If it’s dinner time I may order 2.

I love a good — BLOODYRAREBURGER! Fortunately Burger 21 made me just that! The meat was tasty and perfectly prepared and the bun was fresh. I had the Cheesy burger w cheddar and a little mayo plus lettuce & tomato. We were going to have a big NYE dinner so no sweet potato fries for me. Although this burger was the perfect portion bc of the above, overall, a bit small. My guys Liked their grilled cheeses and Vince, his tex Mex burger. Best burger in a while! :)

I actually love burger 21! The location is so convenient for me and we occasionally get coupons in the mail. The burgers are all delicious and huge(although some of them can be a bit on a the salty side). My friends and I tend to split the fries which are yummy or split a milkshake(I have yet to have a milkshake from here that I didn’t like). There is a nice variety of dipping sauces although I honestly only like two or three of them, but hey having options is nice. Would recommend for a casual burger.

I was at Flying Fish brewery over the weekend and used Unilocal to find nearby places to eat and thought their menu looked good! When you walk in there is a little stand with paper menus(it’s set up as fast-casual dining, so you order your food, take a number and sit at a table and they bring your food out to you). I had a really difficult time deciding what I wanted because everything sounded so good, I was that person peeking over the wall at everyone sitting down eating trying to figure out what I wanted! My husband and I both decided to order the Tex-Mex Haystack burger — I opted to order mine without the chipotle-jalepeno sauce because I was eyeing the chipotle mayonnaise at the sauce bar. The sauce bar was really awesome and I wish I had gotten to try more than just the chipotle mayonnaise(which was delicious). If I remember correctly they had regular ketchup, barbecue sauce, and mustard, as well as a Thai ketchup, an apple cider sauce, and a s’mores sauce which is recommended to dip your sweet potato fries in. Our food came out pretty quickly, but I was a little surprised at the size of the burger. For a burger that’s $ 8, on an al a cart menu, I was expecting something quite a bit larger than what we were served. The Tex-Mex haystack comes with lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon, gouda, guacamole, onion strings, chipotle jalepeno sauce, on a toasted brioche bun. Since I didn’t have the chipotle-jalepeno sauce put on, I added the chipotle mayonnaise and it was perfect(for me). The guacamole tasted like it was fresh, and though my burger was cooked just a little over, it still had great flavor. We also ordered fries to split which were great — they were lightly salted and nice and crispy! I will not deny that I dipped a few of my fries in the chipotle mayonnaise and it was quite tasty! While we really liked this place, I thought it was a little much to pay just over $ 20 for two burgers, one order of fries and one drink to split.

I think my wife might have hyped this place up a tad bit for me, so when I actually came, I was a little disappointed. Came up to the register and was confused. Where is the menu? I think they should really have a billboard or something and not just pamplets(or maybe I missed a board???). Well, I grabbed a Gluten free menu by accident, looked at it and was like«Is this it?» My wife then handed me a full menu. Why didn’t the girl from the register give me one? She just stared at me while I was dumbfounded. She didn’t even ask if I needed help with anything or had any questions. Well, we ordered and then took our seats. Wife pointed me to the sauces area, so I grabbed my son and went to check it out. Saw tons of sauces, but only a few really caught my eye. Sat back down and wondered how we would get our drinks(I ordered a soda). Kept circling and circling and again, no one asked if I needed anything! I went to the bar and said«I ordered a soda. Where and when do I get the cup?» The person behind the bar told me that the girl at the register was supposed to give it to us. Geez register girl, do your job! Ok, onto the food. Shrimp Burger — although good, i felt it was a tad on the mushy side. Half and Half fries — these were actually really good. Probably the best part of my entire experience here Some spicy burger — this was my wife’s meal. The burger was quite juicy, but I felt it was missing something. Maybe I just needed to pick a whole new burger with different toppings on it. Banana fosters milkshake — ehhh, not a huge fan of bananas, so I wasn’t really too fond of this. I also thought it was too sweet. Mini Cheeseburger sliders — I was quite surprised on how juicy the sliders were. Most places would dry out the sliders because they would overcook it. But I do feel that it is pricey for how small they are. Overall — if it was up to me, I’d probably not be back, but since my wife really enjoys this place, I wouldn’t mind giving it another chance.

Debating between 4 or 5 stars. Probably 4.5 stars for my experience. Seen this place a few years ago but never really had the urge to try it since I’m picky with my burgers — as in, I like gourmet burgers with unique flavors. The place is order, pay, and find a seat and they deliver to your table/number. I didn’t order a shake, but I assume that’s at the other counter. Menu was straight forward, clear, with a variety of options. Price point was a tad high, but I’ll wait to judge the product. Ended up ordering a tex mex burger. No fries but went with a chopped Cobb Salad [came with chicken]. Took a seat outdoors which was nice. Area was clean, do was the men’s room. Food came out in a sufficient manner. Burger looked amazing in all honesty… The height, construction, delivery was quite nice. The salad was equally well presented [it was in bowl]. Although the burger had a lot of toppings, it all fit and not much fell out. Sauces were nice, not too overwhelming – just the right amount for me. The burger has nice char crust, moist and overall very high quality in my opinion. The salad, was perhaps, the freshest salad I’ve ever had. The colors, texture and flavors are great. I had dressing on side, since it was ranch based. I was pretty shocked to see how a burger joint would have FRESH salad… Came with bacon bits, chicken, egg, and blue cheese curds [wasn’t a fan so I removed most of it, but for those that do it’s plenty] Very satisfied with both orders. Total was 17. Which in all honesty, is a pretty good deal for something this high brow. Some places in philly that specialize in burgers [with fries] average about 13 – 15. Considering the fact I opted for a meal sized salad instead of fries [$ 2 – 4 extra], this place is still comes out ahead. Will come again.

Lunchtime. I figured I’ll give it a try. Quite impressed with the service and cleanliness of this restaurant. I ordered a Mediterranean chicken burger. It was very good, it came with a perfect balance of fixings. They also have wine, bottled and beer on tap! It appeared a lot of folks were ordering milk shakes. They must be good! Please note. When you enter the restaurant you order and pay for your food/drinks at a register. They will give you a number to put on your table as an ID for the staff(similar to a Panera Bread). You are able to order additional items at your table if you wish. Overall, very happy with B21. Will come back again when I need a good burger or shake.

I’m from New York so I have a pretty high standard for burgers. I was taken here by a friend because he’s pretty much a regular — think he eats here once a week! So definitely had to try it when I visited. I actually really enjoyed Burger 21. Reminded me of Smashburger, which is one of my personal favorites in Long Island — atmosphere and food. The only problem I had was that my burger fell apart(but that’s probably just my failure to eat a burger correctly). Had to finish it with a fork and knife! #fail Anyways, I love that this place has like a bajillion sauces — they had a toasted marshmallow sauce that was pretty interesting! Would go back if I was ever in the area again! Oh, and don’t forget the oreo shake! Delish!
