One of the best Subway locations I have been to! My boyfriend and I go in at least once a week. Every time we are there everyone is polite, energetic and happy. They always make us feel welcomed and the sandwiches taste delicious every time.

I’ve been coming here for forever getting the same salad. Today it was half the size and more in price. I asked the girl casually what was up with that. Her response «what? It changed? Yeah our bowls changed» I just said yeah and you barely put anything in it. Then I went to pay. $ 8.50. I just said «well the price didn’t change». Her response «well the double chicken is new»…as I stated before, I’ve been getting the same salad for about two years…

This is the closest Subway from our house and one of many around San Diego. Not a whole lot exciting to review at Subway as I only go to use gift cards. The overall quality is just average as I would definitely usually choose a place with fresher meat that slice it in front of you. You will also smell like the bread after being in there for minutes. I do like the customer service at this location the two times I have been here!

Usually I dont pay attention to how well one performs customer service… But I do notice when someone is blatantly rude. Rosa at this subway location must have had a bad day and didn’t care who knows it. Or she hates her job. In any case don’t project that on the customer and ruin their day. It’s unprofessional and not right.

This is my FAVORITE Subway location in all of Vista, Oceanside, and Carlsbad combined! It’s probably because of how shocked I am of the total transformation from old to new ownership of the store. The new owners really have a passion for what they do. Their dedication to quality, store cleanliness, and customer satisfaction shine through like a million sunsets and as a customer, I appreciate it greatly. Not to mention, this awesome vibe rubs off on all employees and this creates a special ambience to the point where you feel good walking out the door. I even feel like the food tastes more fresh here! It’s amazing! DEFINITELY should be your go-​to place for subs.

I just had lunch at this place, during lunch rush-​hour, and they got me in and out in no time. I have to give them 5 stars just for that. I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich and it was pretty good as well. Can’t complain too much when you get fast service, good food at a very affordable price.

One of the more dissapointing experiences at Subway. I dont normally complain too much about Subway because you are paying $ 5.00 for a sandwich so you arent going to be expecting deli quality.
The veggies especially the tomatoes didnt look fresh. I came during the lunch rush and the staff looked like they were just trying to get peoples sandwiches made in and out very fast. I dont mind if you dont smile at me or say «welcome to Subway» but at least dont be so stingy on the toppings to my sandwich.
The cashier charged me 50 cents more for my sandwich. Currently the 6 inch chicken breast is only $ 3.00 but why was I charged $ 3.50? This is before tax too. Shrugs

Best Subway in the area, for sure. The manager is really nice, and so are most of the employees. Always clean, sandwich veggies are always fresh and never have gross brown lettuce like other Subways. They even make you the breakfast subs if it’s past breakfast time and are really nice about it.
