Stood in line for 10 minutes and only one person got helped. I know sometimes the customers are indecisive but the other baristas should’ve stepped in to help with order taking. I walked out. Disappointed today.

Ordered 2 tomato & mozzarella sandwiches. They were heated til the cheese completely melted, then put in paper bags on their sides, until the cheese pooled out of the bread, and glued itself to the bag, leaving only the messy bread to be pulled out of the bag. Worthless. I returned the crap to the counter. No refund. Waste of time, money, and food.

Coffee is good, regulars are nice, leather chairs are comfy and baristos/​as are even better :)

I walked in half a sleep this morning. The gal at the cash register Jackie was bubbling with cheerfulness. The atmosphere was like a hometown diner: «Realville», hospitable and personable. Crystina took the time to talk to me for a couple minutes while I was waiting for my sandwich. I wanted to make sure I got the right location so I called back and spoke with Izzy. He answered the phone with enthusiasm.
Interacting with this team of people will kick start your day in a positive direction!

We typically only splurge on fancy drinks when we run out of Nespresso capsules and/​or creamer. Luckily this location is a mere 2 minute drive from our condo so when desperate for our morning lattes or espressos, it’s the perfect quick fix. The customer service is decent, nothing to rave nor complain about and the quality of the product is the same as other Starbucks. The actual shopping center can be a bit off putting as its old and a bit run down but, the actual inside of the shop is always clean and well stocked.

I have frequented many a Starbucks in my day. I am embarrassed to say how many really. Lets just say my Gold Card is good for the next 4 – 5 years or so.
Ok with that being said this location is AWESOME! I mean maybe I just hit the right shift but the guys working in there were great and so were the drinks. Super friendly (but not overly so) and polite. The drinks were made quickly and exactly as ordered.
The Barista working at the time was also nice enough to fix up the Mango/​Black Tea drink for me. I had never tried it and was worried it would be too sweet for my liking. Ordered a tall, it was a little sweet, the barista was kind enough to add some more tea to it so that it would be just right.

The whole group is really nice and they are very quick on the weekday mornings when I go in to get my pre-​work coffee. Angela is absolutely the best barista!!! I like my drink in a very particular way and she always makes it just right. Thanks for getting my day started with a smile!

Rude, Rude, Rude. I have been here several times over the last year and each time I swear it will be my last. The baristas ignore you when you’re standing at the register, twice have made my drink incorrectly and then said it was my fault and tonight was the last straw! It’s as if I’m not even a person. Come on, I know you have a crappy job and it’s been a long day but you’re paid to fake it! And you suck! There are 2 starbucks within a mile of this location. Save yourself and go to the one on University or the one on Melrose. You’ll be MUCH happier!

Unlike the Starbucks at Vista Village, this one is quick and friendly! Always have great conversations with the barista and my wife. Sherry loves going out to enjoy Sunday Starbucks, and our barista is what keeps us loyal to this location. Keep it up!

The two ladies working here yesterday afternoon were phenomenal. The one who took my order went above and beyond. She asked if I had a gold card and I said yes… then she told me she would ring up my drink orders separately (I ordered two drinks) so that I could earn 2 stars, versus 1 star for 1 transaction. I have never had a barista offer to do that for me (and I go to starbucks at least 1 – 2 times a week).

Starbucks is starbucks. This one is very fast. I give it 4 stars because to make it like «the perfect starbucks» I would want it to have some more seating and maybe some larger tables. They have the small 2tops along the window as you walk towards the counter as well as a comfy couch corner. That’s about it. There are tables outside, but it’s loud against the noisy street.
There are a few regulars that you’ll find hanging out most mornings and overall, everyone’s friendly.

This starbucks is really no different or special than any other starbucks. The staff is friendly and efficient. Never gotten an order wrong or anything. It’s busy when you’d expect it would be (morning and evening) it seems to be. It’s a pretty clean place too. It’s right next to a busy street though so if you’re wanting to sit outside and relax on a nice day chances are this wouldn’t be the starbucks for you. But then again, I’ve never really seen a Starbucks not next to a busy street? Anyway it’s convenient and parking is ample. It’s a good one.

Been here a few times since it’s on the way to work for me. Almost always slow — I’ve never had trouble finding a seat. Drinks are pretty much standard to any Starbucks. I’ve never had to send one back or anything like that. Always pleasant staff, always clean and welcoming. Love the little bar area by where you pick up drinks.

I went in here to mainly have some coffee grounds (purchased elsewhere). I really didn’t expect them to do it, but they did! That was super nice!
Had a basic cup of decaf, kiddo had some milk and a cookie. Workers were pleasant. It wasn’t crowded at all.
Indoor seating/​outdoor seating… seems comfortable! I’ll be back!

Ok coffee but the flavored lattes can be syrupy sweet, so look out if that isn’t your thing! Not the best customer service experience… We went through the drive through with a carful and one person ordered a frappachino but they made a latte instead. The barista was going to take it back when someone else offered to buy it so it wouldn’t get wasted. The barista seemed grumpy about serving us and never said sorry for making the wrong drink in the first place and didn’t even thank the person who she charged over five bucks for the mistake drink. I’m sure it’s easy to make mistakes with large orders from the drive through but she could have at least been nice about it!

Very fun place to hang out, the regulars are friendly. My only compliants are: music too loud and because they often do not ask for customers names, customers oftendon’t know if that’s their drink waiting.
Workers are friendly and efficient. (Allison was nice enough to let me advertise some Padre tickets for sale), A good place to have some coffee.

They make a decent brew for the iced coffee. My mom’s Americano was pretty good as well.
I’ve only been here late afternoons and it’s never been packed. The interior looks chic and comfortable. They also have the ‘bar’ seating where you can literally watch them make coffee while you’re reading/​working/​etc. Which is weird — why would you want to do that.
Sis said they have a great selection of sale/​clearance items after the Holidays. They had a small bin of this sale stuff when I visited last time (see pic).
Not sure why the zip is listed as 92 081 on their profile. It should be 92 083.
They are located in the Shadowridge Plaza shopping center (which is kinda dumpy IMO) so there’s usually no issues finding parking.
Overall, a nice SB to grab your cup of joe.
