Thank you so much Starbucks for the best coffee latte. I love the atmosphere and the service is awesome. I will always go there.
Professional the girl at the cash register it was awesome so friendly and so polite.
Any free moment I’d love to go there and enjoyed myself.

This is a really friendly and fast starbucks. The cashier was so kind & patient. The barista made my drink perfect!

Conveniently next to the freeway 78 across a small shopping center and a few gas stations. Parking lot is small but it is a drive thru location so it’s fitting.
It can be a long wait in the mornings but from my experiences it moves pretty quickly. Or instead of waiting, I’ll just park and order up in front.
They have a cute little seating area where you can enjoy your coffee and chit chat!
I’ve never had a problem with ordering any of my drinks. One day I’ll get a coffee, next day a Vanilla Latte, and sometimes a caramel frapp. They’ve always tasted delicious!!! And I’m one of those «Extra this… no that…» Type customers and they have always got my drinks perrfecctttttt.

This past Friday I was at a drive thru Starbucks closer to my house which is always a hit or miss with the taste of my Caramel Frappuccino extra caramel no whip, this time it was defiantly a miss. So I decided to go to another Starbucks last night in a Vons location and again, it was a miss. At this point in time I am just looking to satisfy my craving and have had 2 misses. I should know by now not to stray from my 2 favorite Starbucks locations which is this one and the Starbucks in Escondido on center city and felicita. This morning I arrived at this location with high hopes of a great tasting Frap and I was not let down. At my own fault I always forget to get the name of the girl at the window but she is always so nice. She has long dark hair and is always super friendly. I am always greeted kindly and today she stated :“getting the usual” I replied «yup» with surprise that she remembers me, Awesome! Great service as always and the drink tasted like its suppose to. It made working on a Sunday a lot better that’s for sure. Thanks again guys!

I like this Starbucks, it’s really cute because it’s small and you can only order via drive-​tru or walk in. The restrooms are locked with a code but that’s good because they can keep them clean.

This location always has their machines down for carbonation… Why not get it fixed or replaced?! It is only a drive thru and walk up so do t expect to lounge like most locations. Expect to wait 15 – 20 minutes on weekends, especially during breakfast hours.
It’s perfectly located just off the freeway exit which makes it easy to get in and out of.
The baristas are friendly and apologetic for the wait and machines being down.
Be patient and you’ll get your coffee or tea fix for the day!

I freaking love this Starbucks! The drive thru is really fast but it can get really busy in the morning, which the alternative is doing the walk up, which I don’t really mind. This location as the best service, there hasn’t been one time where I have been disappointed by this place. The only thing I wish this location had is indoor seating, just because I would come here all the time and never leave. Don’t ever change Rancho Santa Fe Starbucks.

This is my favorite drive thru Starbucks. I stop by on my way to work almost everyday. The staff is friendly and cheerful. If there is a mishap (a rarity) it is taken care of quickly! The line usually moves quickly!

Best customer service. Tell them how you like your drink and they will make that way every time! All the employees seem like they love their jobs and treat customers like old friends!
Now, for Starbucks Corporate – what a mess you’ve made acquiring the Boulange for your baked goods. They are a sopping, insipid mess. Better croissants can be gotten in a cellophane package at the 7 – 11. It’s a shame you no longer carry old favorites like the maple oat scone or the blueberry apricot fat free muffin. None of the new pastries are any good. So now I just buy coffee.

Everyone here is always so helpful, they make all of the drinks perfectly, and they’re quick and efficient. My favorite Starbucks to go to :)

This Starbucks is special! The employees that work weekday mornings are my saviors! They are fast, consistent in the way they make my drink, and so, so friendly!!! It’s hard to find all three of those traits in a Starbucks. Great outdoor area with free wifi. Don’t let the drive thru line scare you; that line moves fast!

Friendly employees, fast service, delicious drinks. They never once failed at my salted caramel mocha with no mocha. I’ve been here several times and have never had a problem. It’s only outdoor seating and they have a drive thru. There is no inside seating. Outside they have a few couches and tables with chairs.

Always really friendly and quick staff. Even when the drive thru line is super long, it moves really quickly. The girls are always super nice and my drink is always great.

I guess it must be really hard to put a little caramel in a caramel macchiato so disappointed in this place. I don’t even know why I bother coming to this location. … my drink is never the way I like it… if I spend $ 5. On a drink it should be right…

Fast and efficient, and that’s how we like it. We were nearby at the Chinese restaurant and felt like having a frap.
We were there on a weekend and ordered our drinks via the drive thru. This Starbucks in located right off the exit and super convenient. Not as crowded as the other Starbucks drive thrus in San Diego.
The customer service is friendly and they whip your drinks quickly. Happy customers!

Excellent customer service from this drive-​thru spot.
Been coming here for years and have never had an order messed up or long wait times. Seems like there’s new staff all the time, but it doesn’t seem to effect service. Always friendly and conveniently located right off the 78 freeway.
They have outdoor seating as well if you want to chill for a bit and not deal with lovely 78/​rancho Santa Fe traffic.
Unilocalers know if tough to find a Starbucks that can make a drink comparable to many mom & pop coffee places, but this Starbucks does it right. Thankyou to this Starbucks for not burning your espresso and making weak Chai Tea lattes.

Terrible. Awful. Will not go back here.
Walked up and there was no line. Ordered my drink. Girl walls away without saying anything. I still have to pay so I wait. After 5 min a rude man working drive through slides me my drink through the window. I tell him I have to pay still. He literally held is hand up to and turned his head while walking away.
I literally stood with my mouth hanging open. Still waiting to pay. A couple minutes later a girl asks if I need help.
Had to remind her I had to pay.
Drink sucked, no effort made by staff to be friendly.

Quickest in the area. Especially in the mornings and the drinks are always non points usually my soy is burned by other places, right every time here. I also love that it’s a walk-​up or drive thru only. The only Starbucks I’ve seen like this. Service is always friendly too. Kudos guys! Keep up the good work!!!

This is my second time visiting this location and so far, so good! It appears this location is mostly a drive-​thru with some outdoor seating. I don’t know if there is any indoor seating.
Workers have been pleasant, good drinks, and fast. I’ll be back!

Being able to multi-​task while getting a caffeine fix makes life so much easier.
For example; one can take part of a conference call, place the party on mute for a sec while you stay in car and place your order, unmute and respond to any questions from other parties on your conf. call, mute again and pay for order, get coffee, unmute and drive back to office, sit at desk and resume conf. call… and no one needs to know you just went through a Starbucks drive thru. =) Done and score!
Service is usually very fast here and cashiers are friendly. I’ve never actually gone up to the walk up window to order my coffee but I see people do that from time to time. I’d rather be that lazy ars American and use the drive thru. =)
