Starbucks

They make good drinks, Eric is the epitome of a good barista, knows your drink, always smiling and remembers your name!

I come in for the convenience of the location. Staff has been friendly and quick with the drinks. They never ask for names here and that just bugs me. I’ve had my drink taken by another person twice here. Most of the Starbucks I visit ask for a name which cuts down on the mystery drinks left sitting at the counter. Clean location, friendly staff, quick and conveniently located these are the reasons for coming back but please ask for names.

Unfortunately I gave this place one more try since it’s close to work. I shouldn’t even be surprised my experience was bad. I went thru the drive thru, ordered a venti white mocha got no whip. Simple. I
Pull up to the window the cashier takes my money and leaves. When she finally comes back and hands me my drink she apologized because she forgot to hand me my drink that had been sitting by the window while she was away. I say that’s ok thank you. Get to work. Wrong drink! $ 5 I might as well have lit on fire. What is with this location!!!

This is more related to this particular starbucks rather than the corporation as a whole. I am an avid starbucks drinker. On multiple occasions I have come to this location and have been disappointed every single time. I stop here regularly because it is right around the corner from my work. First, the staff is not very friendly. Second, I haven’t had a single well made coffee from here, whether it be caramel macchiatos, iced skinny drinks, or frappucinos, they have all been a poor representation of the coffee produced from starbucks. Let’s take today for example, I went in and ordered a grande caramel frappucino on my lunch break. After ordering, I walked outside for about 5 minutes to take a phone call and came back in and I noticed that my plastic cup was still empty. I stood there and waited a few more minutes and then watched one of the baristas go over to the blender and dump and now completely liquified concoction into my grande cup and top some whip cream on it (I said no whip when i ordered) and call my name. I looked at it in disbelief as it looked like a liquid coffee and not a frappuccino whatsoever. I then said that I had asked for no whip and asked if they could remake my frappuccino as it had been sitting in the blender for quite some time and was completely melted. No one looked at me or said a response, they just left the drink sitting in the cup and someone started a new one. After the new one was blended I then watched the same lady take the cup with the melted drink in it, go behind the espresso machine and try to wipe the whip off and put a regular lid on the melted drink and handed it back to me after I had asked for a new drink! I took the drink, threw it in the trash and will NEVER be back to that starbucks again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It’s a Starbucks! Somewhat over priced coffee made for people who want things fancy! The employees don’t seem too keen on the chit chat aspect, and I feel like they get a little annoyed when you ask them to make any type of modification to the drink… In my case, I need light ice (sensitive teeth!)! But in any case, they have the usual items that we all have come to know and expect from a Starbucks. I appreciate the speed of the baristas, and definitely appreciate that even though the area is considerable busy, this location isn’t ever «over poweringly» busy! PLUS, I get to go to the vitamin place right next door!

I am a Starbucks regular and this one I frequently visit for 2 reasons… 1. Their staff is spot on with great customer service and 2. (This is huge) they have the absolute quickest moving drive thru line! If you’re needing your coffee fix on a time crunch– this is the place to go! They have excellent service in the snap of a finger. This is by far the best starbucks drive thru in North county.

Smh. This location has gotten better I guess? But I still avoid it if I can. They don’t pay full attention to the customer when you’re ordering which has caused my drinks to be incorrect more times than any other Starbucks. I’m a Sbux snob and I’ll admit it so when something isn’t right and I get attitude for asking them to fix it, I’m instantly annoyed. Also, one barista didn’t ask if I wanted to use my bday star on a $ 2 cup of coffee and just used it, so when I went to order food at a different Sbux later, the star was not there to use. I was very upset about that.

I’m not sure how to put this. I Stop here regularly. We baby sit our 4 yr old Grandson and this is the pickup site.
1^st of all, I truly sympathize with our destitute Brothers and Sisters, big time, but this particular Starbucks seems to have a draw to our Friends in need. Again that’s fine but what I witnessed today was disturbing.
A what looked like, a (sorry)Bag Lady (whom I’ve seen many times there). She has never in my view been aggressive or rude.
Today: as a number of Customers were lined up to order, she went to a wall shelf filled with Starbucks Merchandise, took down a cup, pushed her way through the Customers waiting and stepped in front of the line and paid for her Starbucks cup.
My problem? The Starbuck’s staff accommodated her rudeness.
In front of about 8 amazed customers?
After I got into my Car I noticed Her with Her Cart full of belongings just outside the front door of Starbucks where she spends a lot of time, stop a Customer just walking out the door and giving the Lady Customer a big surprise smooch on her cheek.
So come on Starbucks Staff. You call the Sheriff on the other Folks that are causing an issue. Why not this particular person?

The only reason I am giving stars is for the staff they are awesome but the drink changes made in the last couple years have almost no flavor. Carmel Fraps taste like ice chips with coffee remnants… I get much better coffee at other smaller coffee shops for half the price.

A great Starbucks. They have all the usual goodies and the staff bust ass in here! There is usually a line due to this store being right next to the courthouse, but the staff hustles to get your drink quick. I’ll be back!

If you want to get your money’s worth on an expensive Starbucks coffee drink, this is definitely the location to hit! I go to this location regularly, and I have always had great service and a perfectly made drink. Ashley is the best Starbucks Barista around! (She makes a great specialty Frappuccino… ask her for the Ashley Specialty!) This store is always clean, and it is never a long wait.

I hadn’t been in this Starbucks in quite awhile. Service was so-​so in the middle of an uncrowded Saturday afternoon but what blew me away was the general poor condition of the furniture and how dirty the floor and table tops were. It’s one thing during peak weekday morning coffee rush to fall behind on wiping the table tops down, but on a slow Saturday afternoon when employees outnumber customers, the place should be spotless!

This Starbucks I continually have issues with. This last time I ordered a mocha light frapp with strawberry, and there was no mocha in it, and it was the color of the coffee frapp without the flavor. My sisters frapp also tasted off. I feel like the baristas need to have more training. This is the only starbucks on my way to work but I’ll just keep it simple with an iced coffee from now on.

All of the barista have learned my drinks making it easy and quick to get my morning coffee.

I go to Starbucks all the time. If you bring your cup that you used for teas, you can get a refill for 50 cents. I brought mine that I had gotten from earlier today, and was told that I couldn’t get a 50 cent refill bc it wasn’t within the hour that I bought it. I’ve never heard that before, so she offered to take 10 cents off. Eh. I guess. Maybe if she had said it less rudely I wouldn’t have minded as much.

Starbucks is Starbucks, and I love Starbucks.
However, I was very put off after visiting this location today.
The girl ringing me up was nice and the service was quick and efficient.
My problem was the guy who was making the drinks. The «barista»
I ordered my norm Grande iced green tea and walked over to the bar to wait for it.
The barista then proceeded to tell the girl he was working with how much he hates making iced green teas. Rude much? I know everyone has their issues with their jobs, but complaining to a co-​worker about a drink a customer asked for (which is by no means what so ever is a complicated drink) in front of said customer is just really not okay with me.

I would be here every morning. Mon-​Fri. Sometimes, I’ll even stop by during my afternoon break. Even when it’s super busy in the morning, the baristas are always nice. With the crazy morning rush, I’d be in and out of there in under 5 minutes.
A couple of times when there was a mistake with my drink, they fixed it ASAP. No sour looks from them, or anything.
The store is always clean, even when it’s packed with customers.
When Seth used to work here, he would experiment with drinks and make up interesting frappuccino concoctions. I know one barista lady knows how to make Seth’s Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream frapp. Try to order this, if you can. SO GOOD.

I had some business to take care of in this neck of the woods.
This Starbucks was very nice. The crowd seemed to be locals.
The staff was very friendly and fast with service. Inside the Starbucks holiday music was playing, various holiday decorations were up and the store was very clean.
This Starbucks shares its parking lot with a strip mall and various restaurants.
A Pick-​Up Stix was right next door which seemed to be the spot all of the local Police Officers have lunch at, there were 8 – 10 having lunch when I was leaving the parking lot.
Be aware that if you are headed in this location I observed Officer’s running radar on the 78 so pace yourself the coffee isn’t going anywhere.

I stopped at this Starbux since it was on my way home from work and I DESPERATELY needed something to keep me up for the next 6 hours since it was going to be a LOOONG night.
Conveniently located right off the 78 freeway off Melrose Drive and sits alongside Pick Up Stix and Rubio’s.
I ordered a tall Peppermint Mocha, nonfat milk and no whip. I even got to talking to one of the employees about their Valentine cupcakes (Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet). They were accepting pre-​orders now and they come wrapped in a cute box and bow. NICE!!! I was tempted to buy a couple, but since I’m a diet, I decided to defer.
