After four years of living in the same house, there was a considerable amount of damage that needed to be repaired before our walkthrough with the landlord.
Michael patched holes, repaired water damage, and even did some minor plumbing work for us.
He was professional, punctual, and the results of his work were incredible.

I have to be honest. We found Michael on Craigslist and this was after two less than satisfactory experiences while we proceeded to remodel our suite of offices.
Michael was great! His work was great, his prices were very fair, his knowledge level was incredible. It was like finally finding someone you could trust so you could sit back and relax.
