The guy who owns this company is a twit. Oscar Rodriguez. I am really sorry to write this but based upon a referral I hired him to come out and do a small fix it job at my house. He made the appt over the phone and confirmed the day. The day before he was to show up, I called and left him a voicemail to confirm the appt and ask him to call me with the exact time he planned to show up the next day. I never heard back so the morning of the work to be performed, I called him again and got his voicemail. This guy was screening his calls. He never called back. So I called his cell and his wife Cyndee answered and said she would try to find him and call him at home to remind him about the job. I still did not hear back. This guy left me in the lurch, never called back, scheduled a work order and just simply flaked. He never showed up. He never called to cancel. Totally unprofessional. I had two crews scheduled to do follow up work once he was to finish and ended up having to quickly go on Unilocal to hire someone else (at a cheaper price, no less), to do the work.
