EZ Express Laundry

I have been coming to this place for 2 years and I will never come here ever again. A couple of weeks ago I used the bathroom and the lady thought I was taking too long so she starts banging on the door. I explain that I am taking a dump but still she is harassing me and saying someone needs to use the batnroom. Like harrassing someone wohld make them poop faster. Anyways when I finally come out there was no lone and no one rushed to use the bathroom. The two weeks later I return because had a remaining balance left on my card and I didnt hold a grudge. As I walk in the lady who works there is shooting me the dirtiest look. So I say «hi» because I didnt understand why she would treat me that way. Then after I loaded my clothes I asked to use the bathroom because I had to pee. So she says to me «just dont take too long». I decided after that load was dry I was going to cash out my card and never return to do my laundry there because that type of service is uncalled for especially since I had never had a problem with them until then. For two years I have been coming here. So I ask to cash out and the lady obviously didnt want coming there so she grabs her clipboard and decides to try amd scam me out of my money. Instead finding out of I just wanted to switch cards because I had been using the same one for 2 years. So she asks if I had used to bonus cash promotion that they offer and I said yes. So then she looks at how many times I had used the promotion and deduct that from my remaining balance. Logically that means $ 2 would have been deducted from my balance. Instead, since I had used the bonus cash multiple times in her scammy logic all the remaining balance was bonus cash. I explained to her that it would only make sense for $ 2 to be considered bonus cash since I had had reloaded my card at different times. But nope shes says all of it is bonus cash. So going by her logic any money that I had reloaded on my card would have been considered bonus cash since I have been going there for two years and have probably used that promotion enough times to cover any money I would load in the future as bonus cash. Scammers.

Best place to get your laundry done in this area of Vista. Ive washed a couple of times down the street and it’s cheaper but not worth it. Ive had my stuff stolen twice from the other location. This laundromat is super clean. Out of order washers n dryers are labeled out of order. You would think thats a give in but apparently not all laundromats do that. There’s always someone here who is constantly cleaning and helping customers and I appreciate that big time. Again alot of nearby locations have no one around, so anyone can walk in n hang around. I can’t tell you how many pervs and drunks hang out at the other ones. The only thing is it can get a lil pricey. I come to wash my sofa covers and cushions and the big washers run 6 $ a load. They’re worth it in a sense because i only have to do it once in a great while, and because theyre huge and i can fit in all my stuff with plenty of room left over. Another good /​bad thing is they only take their own cards. Good for people like me who never carry cash much less change but bad because you have to pay 1 $ for each one, add a minimum of $ because you have to add in increments only. Everytime I come here i have to buy a new card because i lose or misplace old ones with balances still on them. I know thats my own fault but really who keeps these in their wallets along with all your other bank and credit cards. Other than that its worth it if you want to avoid getting your laundry stolen and sit on their chairs without the fear of catching an std. Again its kept very clean and smells like it too.
