Do not go to this UPS Store unless you never want to see your package again. I needed to ship my luggage(a nice roll aboard) back home. Even though it was sturdy luggage, the UPS Store lady recommended(and I agreed) to have her box it up(at my cost). She then asked if I wanted to insure it for $ 100. I said yes to this low level because I had never experienced a lost UPS package before. She secured the shipping label to the box and then scanned the label. I have the UPS App on my phone so I got the notice immediately that my package was logged into the UPS tracking system. Well, my luggage was never scanned again so I assume it never left the Store. UPS did an investigation to locate the package, but could not locate it. My package was never seen again. I even had a luggage tag so even if the label fell off(as they suggested), you could see my name and address on the tag. The package was worth over $ 1,000, and the Store knew it, hence the disappearance. I filled a claim with the Store and was just informed that UPS would send me check for $ 100(the insurance value) plus shipping cost back(and that is it). Again do not go there unless you want your things to disappear! Never again! No stars! My Response to the Owner’s Unilocal comment dated 12÷22÷15 I reiterate my original comment that this UPS Store scanned in my package into the UPS tracking system and that my package was never scanned in again. There was no other evidence communicated to me that UPS took possession of the package(i.e. a security camera in the UPS Store showing the UPS driver actually picked up my package?). Regarding the Owner’s insurance comment, I addressed that issue in my original review. Further, I would rather have my luggage contents delivered than the money from insurance. Is the message, if you want a package delivered, you should pay for additional insurance?

I called this UPS location because I tracked my package there and I need to ask them some questions about picking it up. Well the woman who answered the phone had an attitude in her voice from the second she picked up the phone, she kept telling me to speak louder and I was practically shouting, then she told me to take her off speaker so I notified her my phone was not on speaker. She told me to turn my volume up, and I told her it was at its highest setting. So all of a sudden she could hear me clearly(after I changed nothing), only to tell me to hang up and call their 1 – 800 number. The entire time she had a condescending tone in her voice and kept doing that annoyed lip smack sound. #LatePost

Do not go to this store unless you want a big headache and want your things stolen! I paid for a 2 day shipping to ship out a camera to Alaska, well the camera never left the store and was never shipped, and the lady that took my camera even asked me what I had in it and I told her, pretty shady store, when I filed a complaint they only sent me a check of $ 100 and that even took forever to receive! my camera was worth over $ 500 and keep in mind I still paid almost $ 50 to do the 2 day shipping ! Again do not go there unless you want your things to disappear! Never again! No stars! I only put 1 star because I have to put it if I want this post on here. HORRIBLESERVICE!
