I was very happy with the service my wife and I got. They are a little more expensive then some others but worth it. My wife got mani-pedi with Gel and was very happy. lasted through all our vacation. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Not sure who the bad reviews saw but I have a very different experience.

The location I went to was located in the Olive Garden shopping center same owner same staff. Got my pedi… They man who attended to me talked in his language the whole time with another staff member which they kept glancing at me. I felt so uncomfortable he not only rushed threw the pedi he skipped steps which they still charged full price. When I walked out I noticed my pedi looked like a 5 year old did it, I returned and asked for a redo. Once again talking in their language they were rude and once again rushed. If I want to be talked about in a foreign language treated rudely and pressured to tip regardless of the satisfaction of the work then yes go here but I would prefer to pay $ 35 for a pedi that is to my satisfaction and where I can understand when they speak of me

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. By far the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had! For starters apparently the guy working on my nails didn’t understand when I said«don’t make them any shorter» because he butchered my nails off. Second, I asked for a French manicure and the white is all bumpy because he didn’t put the gel on evenly. Third!!! I’m going to have bruises all over my arms because the«massage» was so rushed and extremely rough. I will never return to this place and recommend taking your 30.00 for a gel manicure somewhere else. Worst. Manicure. EVER!!!

Clean, friendly and efficient. They stayed open late for me and gave me a lovely pedi. Would definitely come here again when in town on business from LA.

I went to Queenbee Nails & Spa in Visalia to use a «dealsaver» gift certificate given to me for Mother’s Day. My husband drove down with me from Fresno and dropped me off for my relaxing«spa time» while he looked for a place to get a haircut. I told him I would be there probably about an hour to an hour and a half. Finally the time had come to use my gift certificate and treat myself to the rare event of pampering and relaxation. Boy was I wrong… pedicure and manicure completed within 30 minutes! Massage for 5 minutes as described, not even close! Sloppy job, there was polish on the surrounding area of my toenails, had to clean up with polish remover when I got home. Oh well, what more can I say! Just wondering why service had to be so speedy? Maybe at a fast food establishment… but at a spa? Clients come to this place to relax and be pampered a bit… right? By the way, my husband never got his haircut!

They refused my Unilocal deal even though I told them it was the only reason I chose to go there. They did not give me any valid reason for refusing the deal and were not apologetic. They were rude and didn’t have any of the colors I chose for Gel.

First and last visit… Rude staff, bad manicures, slow service. Now I understand why it was empty at 10 am on a Saturday.
