Wynnwood Inn & Suites

A friend and I were in town for a dart tournament. This hotel was listed on the flyer to the tournament. We read the reviews and didnt want to risk it. However the first motel we went to the room was infested with roaches.
Anyway we decided to stay here and see what the complaints were about. We stayed in room 201 on the applebees side. I have to say I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. The room was clean, no bugs (bed or roaches). AC worked fine. The only complaint was the shower pressure coming out of the head. Being in construction I can tell you that this is just a simple maintenance item that can be fixed. It seems this place is lacking in maintenance.
Other than that the beds were ok. Microwave and refrigerator worked (glued to each other, pretty funny). TV worked. (old tube style).
The price could have been better. We paid 180.00 with all taxes and fees for two nights.
Overall I would stay here again. It is not the end of the world.

Great value if you’re willing to slum it. After-​hours check-​in is done through a bulletproof glass window. The motel had outdoor room entry. Our shower floor was torn up, although a simple bat mat would have been able to cover the evidence. There were cracks in the ceiling. The TV made a high-​pitched squeal. There is a mini-​fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer in the room. Parking was limited on «Chuck-​E-​Cheese» side of the building. Guest laundry room available.
