Was trying to place a to-go order and was placed on hold 2 times. It took me going there and 11 min for someone to answer again(someone picked up as i was standing in line) asked for the manager and when he came out i was holding my phone and told him what happened. He looked at me and said ok and finally said sorry with no explanation. The parking lot wasn’t even busy it was THURSDAY at 7:30pm! Asked the bartender for the drink menu. I wanted a drink to calm down! He never came back to ask me if I wanted anything. WOW

Yeah, I know I live on the coast so what am I doing at a Red Lobster when I have my pick of seafood places to go to… don’t discount the«Lobster». The food is always great, plenty of choices for any seafood palate. Surprisingly, their after dinner coffee is really good and their desserts are very tasty. For starters, I ordered a shrimp cocktail that was just fabulous. The shrimp so big they could almost be considered prawn. I ordered the wood grilled lobster, shrimp, & salmon dish, but I loathe salmon so substituted it for sea scallops. Their Caesar salad is always yummy(I’d love to have their Caesar dressing recipe) and my meal came with these petite greenbeans which I absolutely love. I ate it all! Then I had coffee & dessert that was this warm apple filled tart with a side of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel. I had help eating that. Overall, it was a very delicious meal, and the waiter was attentive without being bothersome.

Dined here last night and it was very enjoyable. Our waitresss, Jessica was AWESOME. Great personality and helped with all of my boyfriends questions. He doesnt eat onions and peppers and wanted to know what the filler for the crabcakes was amde from and Jessica went to the kitchen and brought out a sample for him to see. Very accomadating! Food & Drinks: We both ordered alcohol and both drinks tasted great. For my dinner i got the Crabfest Surf and Turf… steak with lobster meat on top and crab cakes with fries and broccoli and clam chowder. All of it was perfect. I order my steak medium rare and that is exactly how it came. My boyfriend order a steak with a lobster tail, broccoli and mashed potatoes as well as clam chowder and everything for him was great as well. Definetly an enjoyable evening with some yummy cheddar biscuts

Slow service. The shrimp scampi was not impressive. The sauce was just butter and the shrimp were scrawny. You can tell that the shrimp was frozen. I expected Red Lobster to have better seafood. Meh. Red Lobster used to be a «treat.»

I was in the area watching a movie and I was craving some fish and chips so i decided to stop in here for the first time. I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in nearly 7 years so I figured it was worth a try. Right away upon walking in I was struck by 2 things. First, the pace looked immaculate and recently renovated. Second, was the smell of the nearby bathrooms. Standing at the hostess counter I didn’t exactly expect to smell nasty bathroom odors. Not very appetizing. Before being seated I went to go use the bathroom and it was very clean looking, at first. The toilet has urine all over the seat, the sink counter was soaking wet and the trash was full to the brim. This was one of those combo paper towel dispensers with the trash receptacle built in right below it. I was a little skeezed out that my clean hands had to reach in amongst other people’s bathroom trash to try and grab a paper towel. I just used the sides of my pants to dry my hands instead. I got a table right away. There was no welcome greeting or even a smile. After waiting a second exchanging a few momentary glances I spoke up and said table for one please. The hostess announced a table number to the other host and never said another word to me. The host that seated me was polite, but very quick to walk away as soon as the menu dropped, saying that my server will be right with me while walking away. The table across from me was being cleaned, and all of the food debris that was wiped off the table and seats was left on the floor and remained there, being walked over and kicked around throughout my 1 hour visit. My server was informative and very pole and attentive. I got the impression that he really likes his job. Definitely the happiest person in here so far. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. It came in a very tall glass with a fresh strawberry rimming the glass and a lemon slice inside. Incredible strawberry flavor, almost too sweet like a daiquiri, but I have a big at tooth so I enjoyed it. Only criticism was that the straw is shorter than the glass, forcing me to fish for it every time I took a sip and that it came out very warm, I had to stir it frequently to get it chilled down. The cheddar bay biscuits came out hot and very fast, man i love these things. I’m getting some to go so I can heat them up later tonight. I ordered the fish and chips. Instead of the salad I asked for extra fries. They gave me an entire extra order of them! More to take home I guess. I unwrapped my silverware and the knife was crusty and the 2 forks were greasy. It took about 5 minutes until my server came back(which was fine) and he replaced them instantly. Fresh silverware in hand i went straight for the good stuff, the cod. Kind of disappointing here. The cod was overcooked and rubbery. I could see it before I even took a bite because of the way the flakes of fish It took some effort to cut through it with a fork. The breading was a bit too greasy, even for a fried item. They may need to check thier fryer temperatures. The French fries were quite a bit too salty, but still good. My server dropped the check at the table without asking if I wanted any dessert. Always go for the yodel man, get that check average up and your tips get bigger. I proceeded to order dessert and an additional order of biscuits to go. For dessert I got the strawberry cheesecake. It was quite a bit smaller than I anticipated but was covered in a ton of chopped strawberries that helped to make up for it’s size. There was no graham cracker crust, which i was pleased to see. It was very rich and creamy. Overall, my experience was just so-so, with some bright spots that may have me coming back sometime soon. They will need to step it up in this beach community saturated with seafood restaurants in order to overcome thier reputation of being dated with iffy food. Highlights were the server, my strawberry lemonade and cheesecake. Lowlights was the bathrooms, floor, cod and fries.

Don’t Oder oyster… it’s not fresh at all. I return it to the kitchen since it’s the disgusting oyster dish I ever had… Then I ordered the medium steak. It was well done in real… So disappointed … I paid and leave soon. It’s a unpleasant experience when I was planning to have some fresh taste of my day

Got a «To Go» order and had a bad experience all around. My husband got put on hold twice by two different people who seemed to be too high to figure out what we wanted. After we finally got to order, we waited 30 minutes before setting off to pick up our meal, a reasonable amount of time I assure you as it was 4 in the afternoon. We go there 40 minutes after ordering and not only was our food NOT ready, the dude at the bar was rude and they didn’t give us any melted butter to go with the meals(even though we had crab legs and lobster). Red lobster was never a great seafood place but it’s never been this poorly run. I would call it the McDonald’s of seafood places as one other reviewer did, but that is being harsh to McDonald’s as they are at least timely, less rude, and the food is better considering what you pay for it.

Stopped by this location while doing some Christmas shopping, the service was great… no wait, plenty of refills & check ins. The food was blah… very blah even for a chain restaurant… the bathrooms smelled like a poo oven… hence the two stars…

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. If we didn’t have a gift card, we wouldn’t have come here. This shows that red lobster is amateur at best and has become the McDonald’s of seafood. Horrible service, overcooked food, and just an overall joke of a dining experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Red Lobster. When I go, this is usually the one I go to since it is closest to where I live. When I got here, there was a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t too bad. The first thing I noticed when I went in was that they had renovated the entire restaurant. It looks much cleaner and updated from how it was before. So far, so good. Shiela B. was our server and she was on the ball. Many times when I come in, the servers aren’t always on point. Drinks were promptly refilled when needed, and was there to ask if there were any issues, which there were none. For dinner, I had ordered from the Lobsterfest menu. I had the Lobster in Paradise, which includes a split Maine lobster tail, grilled shrimp, and a lobster and shrimp bake which has macadamia nuts with it. The Maine lobster tail was good. I’ve had lobster at other places and it was on par with those other places. The shrimp bake was really good with the nuts on it. I got full quickly, so I had the grilled shrimp the next day, which was still good then. I was at this restaurant a while back before all of the renovations. It’s definitely a different feel and place than it was before. If you haven’t been back since the remodel, you may want to give them another chance. I think they have a renewed focus on the customer and the experience here. I will definitely come back, and when I do, I will ask for Shiela.

Lobster fest tasted so good and our waiter Charles was very friendly and great with getting us our food on time during a busy Saturday evening. I will definitely return back to this red lobster.

I keep giving this location chance after chance just to end up disappointed. Our waitress was inattentive allowing plates to pile up and just sit. I had the 4 course special for $ 14.99(clam chowder, caesar salad, wood-grilled tilapia with green beans and broccoli & a brownie dessert). The soup and salad was ok. Definitely not for those with sensitive tummys. I did enjoy the tilapia. Lite and flavorful. Now… We were sitting near the bar area and the odor was terrible. I advised the staff who apologized and told me it was due to a clogged drain.(Eww) Lastly the brownie dessert-it looked better than it tasted but it was ok. Needless to say I left with a lot of leftovers and I don’t think I will be returning anytime soon.

I ordered the peach lemonade for drink, I really like it. The lobster lover’s dream is so so. The meat is over-cook.(which makes me really upset to paying for this price.) The air in entrance smell stink, I am not sure is that due to the raining season or it always like that. Compare to other red lobster chain, I think this one is below the standard.

I must say, Red Lobster’s commercials always get me. Everytime I see it on TV, it makes me want to go to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t really meet the commercial hype. I used to *love* their lobster rolls, but they took it off the menu. When I do go to Red Lobster, I only look forward to their biscuits. I usually pair ‘em with their lobster bisque. Their ceasar salad is pretty good, but when it comes to their entrees, it’s usually a hit or miss. This location is always busy. The service is poor even during lunch time.

I have been to this Red Lobster twice now and both times we got great service and good food. Place is clean and the servers are attentive. We will return again!
