Nothing but good things to say about this location. Order was correct, out quick and all hot. Utilized a FREE Unilocal small Frosty. Tables were all clean and staff person was in dining room cleaning and taking care of condiment area. Upon departing a staff person cleaning outdoor area said «Have a good day». Can you really ask for more, very satisfied.

I really like Wendy’s but this location is terrible. They have the WORST customer service. They are rude, not helpful, and sometimes get my order wrong. I have been there three times with terrible customer service so I refuse to go there. I would rather go to the McDonald’s across the street and interact with nice workers.

Let me just say that my review is based on the SERVICE, not the food, since I didn’t eat any of the frosty my son had.
So, we stopped in the drive thru after picking up my son from school. He wanted a frosty and I had remembered seeing the check in offer for a free one, so I thought it was a good deal. I checked in on here, and told them about the offer when I placed my order. When I got to the window, I showed them my phone with the free frosty offer on the screen. The girl said «I don’t know nothin bout that, but I’ll accept it this time. Normally I need a paper coupon to put in the drawer.» Well Wendy’s, welcome to the 21st century… people do most of their business on their phones. Also, if you are going to post an offer on here, make sure your employees are aware of it.

After seeing the renovations over the last several weeks and getting coupons in the mail, I decided to try out this «new» Wendy’s. They did a really great job with updating the store, the «dinning» area is very open and the large glass front of the building lets in lots of light, they have large flat screens that display the menu, they have one of those new coke machines, like Firehouse, to whip up your drink. The store and bathrooms were clean and the staff was really friendly.
