McDonald’s

I understand that this is McDonald’s and consistency and customer service doesn’t exist, but I still am going to complain. Where to begin…
As I was in the drive through ordering food, the un — educated employee at the other end who wants 15 dollars an hour kept saying is that it before I could finish my order. Not only is that shit annoying, it doesn’t help the company up sell. When I finally finished my order I and drove up to window #1 I was greeted by a meth user working behind a register. I paid and said «Thank you» and all I received was a closed window. Now I am on my way to window #2 and there I observed the person whom makes the shakes, drinks, and passes out the food. I found myself wondering why the employee was allowed to have hair in the down position when everyone else had a hair net. Add it, her fingernails could use a napkin to remove all the grease off of them from the previous orders. Finally, to top it all off, we never received what we paid for and tried to call. Guess what… the phone was busy for almost an hour. leads me to believe that the phone was off the hook so they didn’t have to listen to customers complain. So the standard here is that they are all fucked up and pushing out dirty food since they do not have any standards.
In closing, fuck this McDonald’s and it’s sub part employee’s. Maybe the manager should be removdd. Not one manager, but all…

Raping The Consumer’s Wallet
I just left this location, cancelling my order. What was it? 6 of the Sausage McGriddles that have been selling on the $ 1 menu. They TRIPLED the price to $ 2.89 each.
I don’t know where the franchisees get their thinking, but to TRIPLE the price of an item is crazy. Obviosuly, at $ 1, they made a profit. The regular Sausage McMuffin with cheese is still $ 1, and they make a profit on that. The only difference is the McGriddle bread and no cheese.
I left, went to the Newtown Road location, and they were $ 1.00, Called a couple of other locations; they too were $ 1.00
This location also never offered the $ 1 any size drinks that all the other locations offer. Really, are the owners so hard up that they have to try and rape our wallets like this.
So, here is the deal. You know the coupons on the McDonalds receipts? Get them from other locations, and cash them out at Haygood. Bring your own drink.
Let them discover how consumers are. I could have seen like $ 1.25 or even $ 1.50. But really, $ 2.89? They obviously do not like their customers any more!
One star for horrible prices for fast food (compared to the same chain items at other locations in the area)

A good place to eat a quick bite, if the fries are cold they will happily replace them with hot fresh ones, the drive-​thru has always been quick and the orders correct… I do enjoy a McDouble every now and then.

So I stopped in for my morning coffee– nothing extravagant. 12 sugars, 8 creamers. DISCLAIMER: I do not actually enjoy the taste of coffee but I do LOVE the caffeine high that gets me through my workday. What did I get? Black coffee. No sugar, no cream as indicated on my receipt. Aside from that, this place is a hit or a miss. Sometimes my coffee is great, sometimes it sucks. Sometimes my fries are hot, sometimes they are not. But at least they have always made sure my McDouble doesn’t have onions and my toddler is always satisfied with her Happy Meal. Since this location is so close to home and my toddler seems to enjoy the over processed chicken, I have no plans to venture out to new McDonald’s waters. The give and take relationship I have at this location works for us.

Not a bad McDonald’s. We stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon after my sons soccer game. It appears to have been renovated fairly recently and is pretty nice. The staff was friendly and the service was relatively efficient. We would definitely return again and probably will the next time the urge for McDonald’s hits us after a ball game.
