I was up next in line to purchase items and the cash register closed up the lane without any notification. I had thought the associate was grabbing something real quick and come back, but I guess I wasn’t worthy of buying their products.
So I decided not to buy anything. There was no communication between the staff and the customer, or any coordination on which register was open for customers to make a purchase.
Piss poor experience.

Love the store, it’s brand new. Huge selection. Nice staff. The managers are great.

I’m regular here but sometimes I forgot to check in. Ok I lied most of the time. Lol… But I just wanna share that if you look for someone to help you, ask for Michelle. Every time I see her working, she always helped me. Anything you need shes so patience to take you and show you around. Thanks Michelle! I love VS

Standard VS store located at Lynnhaven Mall near the Starbucks and Ann Taylor Loft.
It’s not a huge store (the MacArthur store is huge compared to this one) but it’s big enough and they have most of the main items you’d want and see online. They tend to sell out of items quickly so if you really want it and it’s a hot item you’d probably be better served going either to Portsmouth’s mall or MacArthur.
But I can usually find the essentials here and the employees for the most part are friendly and helpful.

Victoria’s Secret seems like a wonderland I know, like a treasure trove of delicate little lingerie fantasies. Hmm… maybe not so much for everyone. I am a fan, I visit occasionally, I don’t really make many purchases here. For some of these little treats you have to dig deep into those oversize purses ladies.
When I was young I loved VS, for some reason it was just so awesome. Awesome enough that I was looking forward to turning 18 so that I could work here. I seriously considered it, even made an inquiry once I was old enough. Ultimately this was not the career path for me. Instead of filling out a job application I submitted a credit card application.
Having a VS Angels card gets you all kinds of «perks,» advanced notice on sales, a bunch of free panties all year long, discount coupons on bras, and birthday rewards. I am not pushing the credit card. Store credit cards, regardless of rewards have an astronomical interest rate. If you know what’s good for you, never carry a balance on a store credit card. You can pay this card online and in store, even immediately after a purchase if you just want the points.
I have always, always, always, received excellent customer service at this location.

This is the worst vs I have ever been to. They had nothing on the shelves. And the employees are pushy and ask you if you need help at least six times. Yes I am aware there is a sale. That’s why I’m here looking at the sale table.
From the second I came in this sales lady was following me around. You could hear the xanax in her voice. She even tried to sell perfume to a five year old in a stroller who there with her mom.

Okay, let’s face it… most women love the bra’s from here. Most men get bored standing around in here. I have to appreciate this place though because I firmly believe, Happy Wife, Happy Life! My wife really likes the bra’s and some of the other items this place has to offer. The staff here has always been great. I have been shopping at this location (well, in the Lynnhaven Mall as it was located in other location within the mall when I moved here) and I have always liked the staff. Even when I walk in without my wife they are willing to help me find something to make her happy. As a card holder we also get gifts and coupons through out the year. That is an extra incentive as well. My wife has received many free bags from big purchases on the card.
