I chose this center for my review because my problem probably started there. On 10−30−15 I sent a large TV set to a friend in NY. It was delivered with a smashed screen and other extensive damage, and had obviously been badly mishandled. Even though I had ensured it, UPS denied my claim, and has not replied to my appeal. This is reprehensible and unfair, and there seems to be nothing that I can do about it. I will be a FedEx customer from now on,

Have not been able to pick up the same day of delivery when I missed the package delivery at my home on 2 separate occasions. Also they won’t, or delay the delivery if there is any snow on the ground. I had called the UPS company and they instructed me that I could pick it up from the location, however once this location was contacted they stated«the package was not available», and that«I would have to just keep checking the website to see updates on delivery». All in all I payed UPS for 2 day delivery and cannot pick my package up until this particular office feels it’s safe to drive in! Not to thrilled with the service commitment and«surely» is not the customer service from a UPS facility that you would expect.

Had a great shipping experience here. Even though they were short staffed, Ashley was able to help me ship 18 moving boxes across the country. She assisted me and the other customers simultaneously. I had several issues with packaging and she kindly helped. She also saved me $ 50 by asking if I had a AAA card. Ashley is amazing and made a seemingly stressful situation much more pleasant. Thanks for the great service!

This is their center for large package drop off and pick-up’s. You can find it back in the industrial park of Diamond Springs Rd. Parking can be a little tight this time of year. Otherwise they have carts to move your heavy items to or from you vehicle and the staff is helpful.
