One Hot Tan

Easy check in. Four different tanning bed levels and a spray tan booth. They have a different special every day.
Very clean lobby and rooms. Lots of tanning lotion options. I didn’t get a membership but the membership prices seemed reasonable for the area.
Good experience overall. I would come back.

I have been to many tanning places, and One Hot Tan is the worst tanning place I have ever been to. There costumer service is out the window, the owner is never in and will never return calls. They have over charged my credit card, and when I call just to try to ask a few questions all I get are rude inexperienced girls who do not have costumer service skills at all. The owners obviously don’t care that people are upset with there experience when they come in. The owners are «too busy to return my calls because they are running other business» that’s BS. No wonder the BBB doesn’t want to associate with you, you can not pass any of there expectations as a business. I would be ashamed to be part of this business. And I make sure when people ask me where I go or if this place is good because they have good prices, i persuade them differently.
